المستخلص: "هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف إلى مستوى اكتساب المعرفة وتكاملها تبعا لنموذج مارزانو التعليمي (Marzano) لدى طلبة جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية من وجهة نظر أساتذة الجامعة في ضوء بعض المتغيرات. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقامت الباحثة بإعداد وتطوير أداة الدراسة واستخراج صدقها وثباتها، ثم تم تطبيقها على عينة الدراسة المختارة عشوائيا من أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية والبالغ عددهم (٣١٢) خلال الفصل الثاني الدراسي (٢٠١٧/ ٢٠١٨). وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن طلبة جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية قد حصلوا على مستوى متوسط من اكتساب المعرفة وتكاملها تبعا لنموذج مارزانو التعليمي من وجهة نظر أساتذة الجامعة، كما وجدت فروقا دالة إحصائيا في مستوى اكتساب المعرفة وتكاملها تبعا لنموذج مارزانو التعليمي لدى طلبة جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية تعزى لمتغير التخصص الأكاديمي لعضو هيئة التدريس ولصالح التخصصات العلمية، ووجدت أيضا فروقا دالة إحصائيا في مستوى اكتساب المعرفة وتكاملها تبعا لنموذج مارزانو التعليمي لدى طلبة جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية تعزى لمتغير الرتبة الأكاديمية لعضو هيئة التدريس ولصالح رتبة أستاذ مقارنة برتبة أستاذ مساعد. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة تفعيل استخدام نموذج مارزانو التعليمي أثناء العملية التدريسية، والاهتمام بأبعاده من حيث التطبيق لدى طلبة الجامعة."

" The current study aimed to identify the level of knowledge acquisition and its integration according to Marzano's educational model among Al-Balqa Applied University students from University Professors view point in light of some variables. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical method used, and the researcher prepared and developed the study tool and extracted its validity and stability, then applied to the randomly selected study sample of faculty members at AL-Balqa Applied University, which consisted of (312) during the second semester (2017/ 2018). The results of the study showed that the students of Al-Balqa Applied University had obtained a medium level of knowledge acquisition and integration according to the Marzano educational model from the university professors view point. There were also statistically significant differences in the level of knowledge acquisition and integration according to Marzano's educational model among the students of Balqa Applied University due to the academic specialization variable of faculty member in favor of scientific specialties, and also found statistically significant differences in the level of knowledge acquisition and integration according to the Marzano educational model among the students of Balqa Applied University due to the academic rank variable of the faculty member in favor of professor rank compared with the assistant professor rank. The study recommends that the using of Marzano educational model should be activated during the teaching process, and should be interested in its dimensions in terms of application among the university students."
