اكتسب موضوع الرفع من كفاءة العاملين أهمية كبيرة لدى منظمات الأعمال خاصة في ظل التحديات التي تواجهها المؤسسات في يومنا هذا ومدى مقدرتها على التكيف مع المتغيرات التكنولوجية، وهنا برز دور إدارة المعرفة في تقديم تصور جديد وطرق مستحدثة عن كيفية تنمية العنصر البشري لأي في ظل التحول نحو اقتصاد المعرفة كما تعد أحد أبرز الوسائل التي ترفع من كفاءة العاملين وتزيد من إنتاجيتهم. لذلك وجدت الباحثة أن شركات التأمين تعاني من عدم إعطاء أهمية لمفهوم إدارة المعرفة وكيفية الاستفادة من المعرفة لتحسين مستوى أداء العاملين ورفع كفاءة وإنتاجية العامل مما سينعكس على أداء الشركة ككل. ولمعرفة أسباب المشكلة ووضع حلول لها تم اختيار عينة قوامها 40 مديراً في شركة التأمين الوطنية شملت المدراء العاملين ورؤساء الأقسام ومدراء الإدارات والفروع لاختبار فرضية البحث التي نصت على (توجد علاقة معنوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إدارة المعرفة وبين رفع كفاءة أداء العاملين). وهدف البحث إلى توضيح دور إدارة المعرفة في الرفع من كفاءة العاملين وزيادة إنتاجيته والتوصل إلى مقترحات تحاول أن تساعد الشركة محل البحث على تحسين مفهوم إدارة المعرفة وكيفية تطبيقها. كما توصل البحث إلى جملة من التوصيات أبرزها أن تحاول شركات التأمين رسم طريق واضح لتطبيق وتنمية إدارة المعرفة وكيفية الاستفادة منها في رفع كفاءة العاملين كما على الشركة أن تعمل بشكل دائم على توليد المعرفة ومحاولة تطبيقها على الأفراد العاملين في الشركة.

Knowledge is also one of the most prominent means that raise the efficiency of workers and increase their productivity, so the researcher found that insurance companies suffer from not giving importance to the concept of knowledge management and how to benefit from knowledge to improve the level of performance of workers and raise the efficiency and productivity of the worker, A sample of 40 managers of the National Insurance Company was selected, including general managers, heads of departments, department managers, and branches to test the hypothesis of the research, which stipulated (there is a significant relationship with statistical significance between knowledge management and raising the efficiency of workers' performance). The research aims at clarifying the role of knowledge management in raising the efficiency of employees and increasing productivity and finding proposals that try to help the company in the search to improve the concept of knowledge management and how to apply them. The research also reached a number of recommendations, And how to benefit from them in raising the efficiency of employees as the company to work permanently on the generation of knowledge and try to apply to individuals working in the company.
