المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى أساليب اتخاذ القرار، وقوة السيطرة المعرفية، والتوافق الدراسي لدى طلاب كلية التربية جامعة المنيا، ونسبة إسهام كل من أساليب اتخاذ القرار وقوة السيطرة المعرفية في التوافق الدراسي، وتأثير كل من النوع (ذكور، وإناث)، والتخصص (علمي، وأدبي) والتفاعل بينهما في أساليب اتخاذ القرار وقوة السيطرة المعرفية والتوافق الدراسي، وتكونت عينة البحث الأساسية من (280) طالباً وطالبة من طلاب الفرقة الرابعة بكلية التربية – جامعة المنيا، واستعان الباحث بمقياس قوة السيطرة المعرفية إعداد (Stevenson, 1998) تعريب الباحث، ومقياس أساليب اتخاذ القرار إعداد Scott & (Bruce, 1995) تعريب الباحث، ومقياس التوافق الدراسي إعداد الباحث، وقد كشفت نتائج هذا البحث عن: تتوافر أساليب اتخاذ القرار، وقوة السيطرة المعرفية، والتوافق الدراسي لدى عينة البحث. لا يوجد أثر دال للفروق برجع للنوع (الذكور والإناث) والتخصص الدراسي (علمي. أدبي) والتفاعل بينهما في أساليب اتخاذ القرار وقوة السيطرة المعرفية والتوافق الدراسي. يمكن التنبؤ بمتغير العلاقة بين الزملاء من خلال درجات الطلاب في قوة السيطرة المعرفية من الرتبة الأولى، وأسلوب اتخاذ القرار التجنبي. يمكن التنبؤ بمتغير العلاقة بالأساتذة والمعلمين من خلال درجات الطلاب في قوة السيطرة المعرفية من الرتبة الأولى، وقوة السيطرة المعرفية من الرتبة الثانية، وأسلوب اتخاذ القرار العقلاني. يمكن التنبؤ بمتغير أوجه النشاط الجامعي الاجتماعي من خلال درجات الطلاب في قوة السيطرة المعرفية من الرتبة الأولى، أسلوب اتخاذ القرار التحنبي، وأسلوب اتخاذ القرار الحدسي. يمكن التنبؤ بمتغير الاتجاه نحو المواد الدراسية من خلال درجات الطلاب في قوة السيطرة المعرفية من الرتبة الأولى، وأسلوب اتخاذ القرار التلقائي، وأسلوب اتخاذ القرار الحدسي. يمكن التنبؤ بمتغير تنظيم الطالب لوقت دراسته من خلال درجات الطلاب في قوة السيطرة المعرفية من الرتبة الأولى، وقوة السيطرة المعرفية من الرتبة الثانية. يمكن التنبؤ بمتغير طريقة الطالب في الاستذكار من خلال درجات الطلاب في قوة السيطرة المعرفية من الرتبة الأولى، وقوة السيطرة المعرفية من الرتبة الثانية، وأسلوب اتخاذ القرار الاعتمادي.

The aim of the research is to identify the standard of decision-making methods, power of cognitive control, academic compatibility for the students of faculty of Education ElMenia University, Percentage of the contribution of both Methods of decision-making and power of cognitive control in the academic compatibility, effect of both sex (males, females),specialization (scientific, Literature) and interaction between them in Methods of decision-making and power of cognitive control and academic compatibility, The basic research sample consisted of 280 students from the fourth grade of the Faculty of Education- ElMenia University and the researcher used the measure of the power of cognitive control prepared (Stevenson, 1998) Arabization of the researcher, the measure of Methods of decision- making prepared (Scott& Bruce, 1995) Arabization of the researcher and the measure of academic compatibility prepared by the researcher, the results of this research have been revealed :Methods of decision-making, power of cognitive control and academic compatibility are available in the research sample. There is no trace of differences due to gender (males and females) and academic specialization (scientific-literature) and Interaction between them in Methods of decision-making, power of cognitive control and academic compatibility.The relationship variable can be predicted between colleagues through students' marks in first- degree power of cognitive control and avoidance method of decision –making The relationship variable can be predicted between teachers and masters through students' marks in first-degree power of cognitive control, second –degree power of cognitive control and rational method of decision –making The variable of aspects of social university activity can be predicted through students' marks in first-degree power of cognitive control, avoidance method of decision – making and intuitive method of decision-making the variable of trend towards subjects can be predicted through students' marks in first-degree power of cognitive control, direct method of decision –making and intuitive method of decision-making the variable of organizing the student for his time can be predicted through students' marks in first-degree power of cognitive control, second –degree power of cognitive control the variable of the student 's way of learning can be predicted through students' marks in first-degree power of cognitive control, second – degree power of cognitive control and dependent method of decision making.
