|a هدفت الدراسة إلى تقويم برنامج إعداد المعلم من وجهة نظر طالبات جامعة أم القرى في ضوء معايير جودة الأداء المهني للمعلم في المملكة العربية السعودية.\n\tواستخدمت الباحثة في بحثها الحالي المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يقوم وصف الظاهرة وتحليلها وتحديدها كميا، وإعطاء نتائج صحيحة حول تقويم برنامج إعداد معلم العلوم في جامعة أم القرى في ضوء جودة الأداء المهني.\n\tومن أبرز ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج:\n-\tالبرنامج الحالي لإعداد معلم العلوم لم تتوفر فيه معايير الجودة بدرجة كبيرة وأنه يعاني من قصور مما يستوجب إعادة النظر في مكوناته،\n-\tضعف الإعداد التحصيلي لدى الطالبات في برنامج معلم العلوم، وقد يرجع ذلك لعدم كفاية مقررات التخصص وضعف في طريقة تقديمها وتدريسها وتقويمها لديهن وضعف الاهتمام بتطويرها بشكل مستمر.\n-\tمعايير جودة الطالبات كأحد مكونات برنامج الإعداد لمعلم العلوم كانت بشكل عام بدرجة متوسطة.

|f The aim of the study was to evaluate the teacher preparation program from the perspective of the students of Umm Al-Qura University, in light of professional teacher performance quality standards in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. \nIn this current research, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method which describes the phenomenon, analyzes and quantifies it, and provides correct results concerning the evaluation of the science teacher training program at Umm Al-Qura University in light of the quality of professional performance.\nThe following are included among the main study conclusions: \n- The current science teacher training program does not meet the quality standards to a great level and suffers from deficiencies, which necessitates a review of its components.\n- There is a weakness in respect to the preparation outcome among female students in the science teacher Program. This may be due to insufficient specialization courses and weak methods of presentation, teaching and assessment, in addition to a weakness in respect to the concern to continuously developing them.\n- The quality standards of female students, as a component of the preparation program for science teachers were generally of an average level or grade.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.
