المستخلص: Cette étude vise à identifier l'impact de l'investissement dans le capital humain sur la productivité de l'institution économique, et pour réalisé cette objective on met un plan a conçu et distribué sur l'organisation laitière Brood, ce questionnaire contient toutes les données requises pour connaître le l'impact de l'investissement dans le capital humain sur la productivité, aussi a été utilisé le logiciel d’analyse statistique SPSS pour le numéro de version: 22 pour le traitement des données et pour tester les hypothèses. En fin Dans l'étude récente, il a trouvé une série de résultats, y compris:
- L'investissement dans le capital humain est la clé pour atteindre les objectifs;
- Mon style de formation et d'éducation des méthodes d'investissement les plus importants dans le capital humain utilisé dans l'entreprise économique;
- L'investissement dans le capital humain a un impact positif sur l'augmentation de la productivité économique de l'institution.
Dans ce dernier, nous présentons une série de recommandations, notamment:
- Faciliter les possibilités de coopération entre les travailleurs et la gestion et la coordination accrue entre les unités afin d'ouvrir la zone à transférer la friction des expériences;
- L'intérêt accru dans les capacités des travailleurs de l'institution économique et accroître les compétences techniques;
- Faites une planification préalable pour la préparation des plans et programmes d'investissement dans le capital humain est plus grave.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري على الإنتاجية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية، ولتحقيق ذلك تم تصميم استبيان وتوزيعه على مؤسسة مطاحن الحضنة، حيث شملت كافة البيانات المطلوبة من أجل معرفة أثر الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري على الإنتاجية، كما تم استخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي spss لإصدار رقم: 22 لمعالجة البيانات واختبار الفرضيات. وفي الأخير توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من بينها:
- يعد الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري المفتاح الرئيسي لتحقيق الأهداف.
- يعتبر أسلوبي التدريب والتعليم من أهم أساليب الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري المستخدمة في المؤسسة الاقتصادية.
- الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري له أثر إيجابي على زيادة إنتاجية المؤسسة الاقتصادية.
وفي الأخير قمنا بتقديم مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها:
- تسهيل فرص التعاون بين العاملين والإدارة، وزيادة التنسيق بين الوحدات من أجل فتح المجال لنقل الخبرات بالاحتكاك
- زيادة الاهتمام بقدرات العاملين في المؤسسة الاقتصادية، والرفع من مهارتهم الفنية؛
- القيام بالتخطيط المسبق لإعداد خطط وبرامج للاستثمار في رأس المال البشري بشكل أكثر جدية.

This study aims to identify the impact of investment in human capital on productivity in an economic enterprise. And to achieve this, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to the Incubator Mills Corporation, which included all the data required to know the impact of investment in human capital on productivity. The SPSS statistical analysis program was also used to issue number: 22 to process data and test hypotheses. Finally, the study produced a series of findings, including:

- Investing in human capital is the key to achieving the goals.
- Training and education methods are considered one of the most important methods of investment in human capital used in the economic institution.
- Investment in human capital has a positive impact on increasing the productivity of the economic enterprise.

In conclusion, we presented several recommendations, the most important of which are:

- Facilitate opportunities for cooperation between staff and management, and increase coordination between units to create the space for the transfer of expertise through friction.
- Increasing attention to the capabilities of the employees of the economic enterprise and enhancing their technical skills;
- Undertake planning to prepare plans and programs for investing in human capital more seriously.
