هدف البحث إلى تقصي فاعلية نموذج تدريس قائم على نموذج الأحلام في تنمية جدارات ريادة الأعمال وتجويد مشروعات التخرج لدى طلاب التعليم الفني، وتم تحديد أسس وخطوات نموذج تدريسي قائم على نموذج الأحلام وتوظيفه في تنمية جدارات ريادة الأعمال الأساسية والبنائية وتجويد مشروعات التخرج، وإعداد دليل المعلم لتدريس الجدارات في مقرر مشروع التخرج، حيث تضمن الدليل مقدمة عن جدارات ريادة الأعمال، وتوصيف النموذج التدريسي، وكيفية اختيار مشروع التخرج في ضوء الحلم الجمعي والحلم البنائي، وكيفية تشكيل فريق المشروع، ووضع جدول زمني لإنجاز المشروع، ثم كيفية تقويم المشروع، وإعداد أدوات البحث المتمثلة في مقياس جدارات ريادة الأعمال الأساسية (الذاتية والعقلية) والبنائية (الفنية والمهارية المتخصصة والتفاعلية)، وإعداد قائمة معايير الجودة التي يتم وفقا لها تقييم مشروعات التخرج لطلاب التعليم الصناعي، كما تم قياس الصدق والثبات لأدوات البحث، وتم اختيار فصلين بالمدرسة، أحدهما يمثل المجموعة التجريبية والآخر يمثل المجموعة الضابطة، كما تم تهيئة المعلمين المشاركين للتجربة الميدانية، وكان من أهم النتائج فاعلية نموذج تدريس قائم على مدخل الأحلام في تنمية جدارات ريادة الأعمال، وتحسين جودة مشروعات التخرج لدى طلاب التعليم الصناعي، وكذلك وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة وقوية بين جدارات ريادة الأعمال وجودة مشروعات التخرج للطلاب.
The goal of this research is to investigate the efficacy of the dream- approach educational model, where its steps and basis have been applied for the purpose of the development of the Competences of entrepreneurship and improve the quality of graduation project of vocational education students, and preparing a guide for teachers to teach the main Competences of entrepreneurship in the graduation project curriculum. This guide consist of an introduction regarding entrepreneurship, describing the educational model, how to choose a graduation project following the structuring and collective dreams, how to form a team for the project with a valid timeline and how to evaluate the final project. It also provides research tools for measuring the Competences of entrepreneurship (personal and mental) and its structure (technical and interactive skills). It provides a list of standards for quality assurance measures by which the project is graded along with its validity and reliability. Two classes were chosen; one which was the experimental and the other was a control group. One of the mam Goals was testing the efficacy of the dream approach educational model in the development of the Competences of entrepreneurship and improve the quality of graduation project of industrial education students and proving the presence of a strong direct relation between the entrepreneurship and the quality of the graduation projects.
