|b The goal of current research to: Know the Skills of creative thinking and critic target their fourth year students in the Department of Educational Technology at College of Basic Education, the State of Kuwait, and normative levels required in the design of electronic program based on the use of techniques for the third generation of the web (Web 3.0), and the design and construction of an educational design model to produce an electronic program based on the use of techniques for the third generation of the web (Web 3.0) and use the current research approaches: descriptive approach and methodology of the pilot, the researcher used the following tools: a model of an electronic program a proposal based on the use of techniques for the third generation of the web (Web3.0) the decision of the graduation project (preparation of the researcher), a measure of creative thinking skills to the students department of technology education at the College of Basic Education, the State of Kuwait (preparation of the researcher), a measure of critical thinking skills to students department of technology education at the Faculty of Education of the state of Kuwait (preparation of the researcher) and reached the results to the effectiveness of the use of some techniques and the third generation of the web (Web 3.0) in the development of creative thinking, critical thinking to students The College of Basic Education in the State of Kuwait.
