In order to detect the level of scientific concepts to the seasons, the researcher built a test is valid and reliable The study sample consisted of 120 boys and girls from kindergarten children, divided into (20), a boy and girl from each directorate of the six districts of the province of Baghdad. After applying the search tool on the sample, the results revealed, that there is a weakness in the level of scientific concepts to the seasons at kindergarten, and after obtaining the results, the researcher presented a set of suggestions and recommendations.
تعد مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة الركيزة الأساسية لتكوين شخصية الطفل، كما تعد هذه المدة من أخصب المراحل لاكتساب المفاهيم، إذ يكتسب الطفل العديد من المفاهيم الأساسية مكونا "لنفسه ما يسمى ببنك المعلومات التي يستطيع من خلالها تطويره في المستقبل بتزايد خبراته عن العالم الذي حوله مما يساعد على التطور والنجاح، حيث يكون نمو الطفل سريعاً" خلال هذه المدة لاسيما النمو العقلي والذي يصبح في منتهى السرعة إذ أنه يصل إلى ما يقارب (70 %) منه في هذه الفترة. وتمثل المفاهيم العلمية واحدة من أكثر المفاهيم الأساسية التي أخذت اليوم تشغل فكر الطفل في مرحلة الرياض. إذ أن اكتساب القيم والمفاهيم العلمية في مرحلة الروضة يساعد الطفل على فهم وتفسير كثير من الأشياء التي تثير انتباهه في البيئة، ويمكن مساعدة الطفل على الإسراع بنمو المفاهيم العلمية في مرحلة الروضة من خلال التدريب الخاص والأنشطة المتنوعة التي تقدم له، خصوصا أن النمو المعرفي للطفل في هذه المرحلة يتميز بالنشاط والسرعة. وتعد المفاهيم العلمية المتعلقة بظاهرة فصول السنة من أهم المواضيع التي تشغل فكر الأطفال في عمر ما قبل دخول المدرسة، فإذا ما استطاعت الروضة من إثارة اهتمام الأطفال وزيادة معرفتهم وخبراتهم حول هذه الظاهرة. ولأجل الكشف عن مستوى المفاهيم العلمية لفصول السنة، قامت الباحثة ببناء اختبار يتسم بالصدق والثبات. تألفت عينة الدراسة من (120) طفل وطفلة من أطفال الرياض، متوزعين إلى (20) طفل وطفلة من كل مديرية من مديريات الست التابعة إلى محافظة بغداد. وبعد تطبيق أداة البحث على العينة، كشفت النتائج عن وجود ضعف في مستوى المفاهيم العلمية لفصول السنة لدى أطفال الرياض، وبعد الحصول على النتائج، قدمت الباحثة مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات.
