المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مستوى معرفة معلمات التربية الخاصة بتنظيم البيئة الصفية للطلبة ذوي الإعاقة في محافظة المجمعة وعلاقتها ببعض بالمتغيرات، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (29) معلمة من معلمات التربية الخاصة في محافظة المجمعة، ولقد تم بناء استبانة من قبل الباحثة بعد التوصل إلى المكونات والأبعاد الأساسية لهذه الأداة، وتكونت الاستبانة من (3) أبعاد رئيسية تحتوى على (83) مؤشرا فرعيا، وقد تمثلت الأبعاد الرئيسية في محور التواصل مع الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة نفسيا واجتماعيا ومحور تنظيم البيئة المادية ومحور حفظ النظام وبناء القواعد الصفية. وتم التوصل إلى دلالات صدق الأداة من خلال عرضها على مجموعة من المحكمين من ذوي الخبرة الأكاديمية في جامعة المجمعة، بالإضافة إلى استخراج ثبات الأداء عن طريق الاتساق الداخلي باستخدام معادلة كرونباخ ألفا. وقد أشارت النتائج إلى أن مستوى معرفة معلمات التربية الخاصة بتنظيم البيئة الصفية للطلبة ذوي الإعاقة في محافظة الجمعة تتسم بالارتفاع وبدرجة دالة إحصائيا، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى ((a ≤ 0.05 في مستوى معرفة معلمات التربية الخاصة بتنظيم البيئة الصفية للطلبة ذوي الإعاقة في محافظة المجمعة تعزى لمتغير المرحلة الدراسية (المرحلة الابتدائية-المرحلة المتوسطة)، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى ((a ≥0.05 في مستوى معرفة معلمات التربية الخاصة بتنظيم البيئة الصفية للطلبة ذوي الإعاقة في محافظة المجمعة تعزي لمتغير فئة الإعاقة (الإعاقة الفكرية- صعوبات التعلم- اضطراب طيف التوحد)، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (≥0.05 (a في مستوى معرفة معلمات التربية الخاصة بتنظيم البيئة الصفية للطلبة ذوي الإعاقة في محافظة المجمعة تعزى لمتغير الخبرة.

The current study aims at identify the level of knowledge of the teachers of special education in organizing the classroom environment for students with disabilities in the governorate of Al Majma'a and its relation to some variables. The study sample consists of (29) special education teachers in Al-Majma'a governorate. The main components of the tool are: (3) main dimensions containing (83) sub-indicators. The main dimensions of the communication axis were students with psychological and social disabilities, the organization of the physical environment, the maintenance of the system and the building of classroom rules. The evidence of the validity of the tool was obtained by presenting it to a group of arbitrators with academic experience at the University of Majma'a, in addition to extracting the stability of the tool through internal consistency using the formula Cronbach's alpha. The results indicated that the level of knowledge of the education parameters for the organization of the classroom environment for students with disabilities in Al-Majma'a governorate is high and statistically significant. There are no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05 a a) in the level of knowledge of the teachers of special education in organizing the classroom environment for students with disabilities in the governorate of Majma'a due to the variable of the school stage (primary stage - middle stage). There are no statistically significant differences at the level of (0-05 a a) in the level of knowledge of the educational parameters for organizing the classroom environment for students with disabilities in the governorate of Majma'a, and there are no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05 a a) in the level of knowledge of the teachers of special education in organizing the classroom environment for students with disabilities in the governorate of Majma'a due to the variable of experience.
