|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة توافر أبعاد المدرسة المتعلمة وفق نموذج (سينج) بمدارس التعليم العام في محافظة الرس من وجهة نظر المعلمين. وكذلك الكشف عن دلالة الفروق بين استجابات المعلمين حول درجة توافر أبعاد المدرسة المتعلمة لنموذج (سينج) التي تعزى لاختلاف (المؤهل العلمي، التخصص، سنوات الخبرة).\nوكانت أبرز النتائج:\n* أن درجة توافر أبعاد المدرسة المتعلمة وفق نموذج (سينج) بمدارس التعليم العام في محافظة الرس جاءت بدرجة (متوسطة).\n* توجد دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) للفروق بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة من المعلمين في محافظة الرس حول تقديراتهم لدرجة توافر أبعاد المدرسة المتعلمة وفق نموذج (سينج) بمدارس التعليم العام في محافظة الرس التي تعزى للمؤهل العلمي، وذلك لجميع أبعاد النموذج وللمجموع الكلي، لصالح حملة البكالوريوس.\n* لا توجد دلالة إحصائية للفروق بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول تقديراتهم لدرجة توافر أبعاد المدرسة المتعلمة وفق نموذج (سينج) بمدارس التعليم العام في محافظة الرس تعزى لسنوات الخبرة في التدريس والتخصص.\nوأوصت بعدة توصيات منها:\n* على إدارة التعليم وقادة المدارس بمحافظة الرس العمل على زيادة الدافعية لدى المعلمين في البحث عن فرص التعلم وتطوير الذات مهنياً داخل المدرسة وخارجها.\n* عقد دورات تدريبية وورش عمل للمعلمين حول أهمية التعامل مع الظروف الطارئة وغير المتوقعة وتحويلها إلى فرص للتعلم.\n

|f This study aimed to identify the degree of availability of the learning school dimensions according to the (Senge) model in public education schools in Ar Rass governorate from the teachers' point of view. It also aimed to reveal the significance of the differences between the teachers' responses about the degree of availability of the learning school dimensions of the Senge model that are due to the difference (academic qualification, specialization, and years of experience).\nThe key results are:\n* That the degree of availability of the dimensions of the learning school according to the (Senge) model in public education schools in Ar Rass governorate, is rated (medium).\n* There is a statistical significance at the level of significance (0.01) for the differences between the responses of the members of the study sample of teachers in Ar Rass governorate regarding their estimates of the degree of availability of the teaching school dimensions according to the (Senge) model in public education schools in Ar Rass governorate that are attributed to educational qualification, for all dimensions of the model and for the total, in favor of those with a Bachelor's degree.\n* There is no statistical significance for the differences between the averages of the responses of the study sample about their estimates of the degree of availability of the dimensions of the learning school according to the (Senge) model in public education schools in Ar Rass governorate due to years of experience in teaching and specialization.\nIt recommended several recommendations, including:\n* The Education Department and school leaders in Ar Rass Governorate shall work to increase the motivation of teachers in searching for learning opportunities and professional self-development inside and outside the school.\n* Holding training courses and workshops for teachers on the importance of dealing with emergency and unexpected circumstances and transforming them into learning opportunities.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2020
