دراسة مقترحة لتعليم الطلاب الصم وضعاف السمع من خلال الطباعة بالقالب للألوان الأساسية والأشكال الهندسية وترجمتها بلغة الإشارة التوجه نحو ترجمة درس من دروس التربية الفنية وهو (الطباعة بالقالب للألوان الأساسية والأشكال الهندسية) وهي إحدى دروس المنهج المقترحة لهم للمرحلة الابتدائية هو ترجمة درس كامل بمقوماته من قواعد نحوية ووقفات ومرادفات كا أي لغة يتم ترجمتها من اللغة العربية إلى أخرى لها خصوصيتها ومن خلال مراجعة النتائج وعلاقتها بالفرض وجد أن هناك علاقة إيجابية بين معطيات ترجمة درس للتربية الفنية بالغة الإشارة وبين تحقيق التواصل مع الطلاب الصم والبكم بواسطة الهجاء الأصبعي. وذلك من خلال استخدامه برنامج الكتابة الهجاء الأصبعي الذي وظيفته الباحثة عند ترجمته للنص الذي نحن بصداده. وجد أنه أثبت فاعلية وبخاصة عند استخدامه في التواصل مع الصم والبكم عند الكتابة بواسطة الكمبيوتر والذي يستخدم الآن في معظم مدارسهم، وكذلك عند التوصل إلى عدم وجود مصطلح إشاري لبعض الكلمات في مواقفهم الحياتية فإنه يستخدم الهجاء الأصبعي لإيجاد وسيلة التواصل معهم. والأمر الذي أدى إلى إثبات فاعلية الفرض وبخاصة عند ترجمة النص من اللغة العربية إلى الإشارية بواسطة الهجاء الأصبعي وهي إحدى طرق التواصل مع الصم والبكم.
