|a هدفت هذه الدراسة للكشف عن القيادة التحويلية وأثرها على فاعلية اتخاذ القرار في جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية من وجهة نظر رؤساء الأقسام. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تصميم استبانة بغرض جمع المعلومات، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 60 من رؤساء الأقسام وتم معالجة المعلومات إحصائيا. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الأتية: - إن درجة توافر القيادة التحويلية بأبعادها:( التأثير المثالي، التحفيز، الاعتبارية الفردية، الاستثارة الفكرية، التمكين) في جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية كانت عالية. - إن درجة توافر فاعلية عملية اتخاذ القرار في جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية كانت عالية. وأوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات من أهمها: - العمل على رفع درجة توافر أبعاد القيادة التحويلية في مضمون الفقرات التي جاءت بدرجة متوسطة لتصبح عالية في جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية.

|b This study detected the impact of transformational leadership on the effectiveness of the decision-making process in the Balqa Applied University as seen by the heads of the departments. To achieve the objective of the study the searcher designed a questionnaire to collect the data and the study sample which consisted of 120 heads of departments and the data was statistically processed. The study came up with the following results:- There is a high existence of transformational leadership dimensions: (ideal effect, stimulation, individual legal, intellectual stimulation, empowerment) in Balqa Applied University. - There is a high existence of effective decision-making process in the Balqa Applied University. The study concludes with a set of recommendation, among them are More efforts should be exerted to increase the existence of the dimensions transformational leadership implied in the items of medium degree so that they become high at Balqua applied university.
