|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الذات المهنية لدى عينة من المرشدات الطلابيات بمدارس محافظة الرس في ضوء بعض المتغيرات من وجهة نظرهن، حيث بلغ عددهن (51) مرشدة طلابية، كما هدفت إلى التعرف على مستوى الذات المهنية لدى عينة الدراسة، وما إذا كان هناك فروق بين متوسطات درجات عينة الدراسة على مقياس الذات المهنية بأبعاده، وفقا لمتغيرات (المؤهل العلمي - سنوات الخبرة - المرحلة التعليمية).\nاتبعت الباحثة في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وقد تم استخدام مقياس الذات المهنية والذي أعدته الشرفا (2011)، وقد تم التحقق من شروط المقياس السيكومترية.\nتوصلت الدراسة للعديد من النتائج؛ من بينها: أن مستوى الذات المهنية لاستجابات عينة الدراسة كانت مرتفعة، كما أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات الذات المهنية بأبعادها لدى عينة الدراسة تبعا للمتغيرات الديموغرافية (سنوات الخبرة).\nبناء على نتائج الدراسة خلصت الباحثة إلى عدد من التوصيات من أبرزها ما هو موجه إلى مراكز التدريب وقسم الإرشاد الطلابي بوزارة التعليم والباحثين بالاستفادة من نتائج الدراسة في تطوير معايير التعيين والترشيح للإرشاد الطلابي.

|f The study aimed to identify the professional self with a sample of female student guides in Al-Ras Governorate schools in the light of some variables from their point of view, as their number reached (51) female student guides, in addition to identifying the level of professional self with the study sample, and whether there are differences between the averages of the study sample scores based on the professional self scale in its dimensions, according to the variables (educational qualification - years of experience - educational stage)\nIn this study, the female researcher followed the descriptive approach. The professional self-scale prepared by Al-Shorafa (2011) was used. The psychometric scale conditions were verified.\n\t\nThe study reached many results. Among them: The level of the professional self for the responses of the study sample was high, and there were no statistically significant differences between the averages of the degrees of the professional self with its dimensions for the study sample according to demographic variables (years of experience).\nBased on the results of the study, the female researcher concluded a number of recommendations, the most prominent of which is directed to the training centers and the student counseling section of the Ministry of Education and researchers by making use of the results of the study in developing the criteria for appointment and nomination for student counseling.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
