شهد النصف الثاني من القرن التاسع عشر نجاح الدراما الموسيقية (Music Drama) والأوبريتات والكانتاتا الدرامية والعديد من المؤلفات الغنائية القومية، وكذلك بلوغ الأوبرا الكبيرة قمة تطورها على يد "جونو Gounod" و"ماسينيه Massenet"، ولقد لفتت أنظار العالم إلى مجموعة من الدول الأوروبية التي حرمت من قبل من المشاركة في تيار تطور الموسيقي مع الثلاث دول التي سيطرت على الأبداع الموسيقي العالمي لقرون عديدة وهي (إيطاليا – فرنسا – ألمانيا)، ومن أهم هذه الدول التي تكونت لها مدارس قومية تذكر (روسيا – تشيكوسلوفاكيا – دول إسكندنيافيا – أسبانيا – المجر – إنجلترا). بالرغم من ازدهار الحالة الاقتصادية في إنجلترا خلال القرن التاسع عشر وما شهدته من تقدم صناعي هائل، إلا أن حصيلتها من المؤلفات الموسيقية كان من إبداع مؤلفين وافدين من ألمانيا وإيطاليا، ولكن من خلال مؤلفات "جيلبرت Gilbert" و"سوليفان Sullivan" الذين قدما العديد من الإبداع القومي الإنجليزي من الأوبرات والأوبريتات والكانتاتا الدرامية مثل (محاكمة بالمحلفين Trial By Jury – أوبرا ميكادو Mikado)ـ والتي تعتبر من الأعمال المميزة والفريدة التي تحظى بشهرة دولية، لذا رأى الباحث تناول المقدمة الكورالية (انتبه دقات الساعة العاشرة Hark the Hour of Ten Is Sounding) من الكانتاتا الدرامية (محاكمة من قبل هيئة المحلفين Trial by jury) للمؤلف الموسيقي "أرثر سوليفان Arthur Sullivan"، للتعرف على أساليب الأداء المختلفة لرفع مستوى أدائها لطلبة كلية التربية الأساسية بدولة الكويت.
In the second half of the 19th century, there was a great 'success of the Musical Drama, operas, and Dramatic Cantata and many other Singing compositions, as well as the great development of the great opera by "Gounod and Massenet 7, It has drawn a great attention to a group of European countries that were previously banned from participating in the trend of music development with the three countries which dominated the Musical production and development all over the world, those countries are Italy, France, and Germany. But at that time, new national schools were established from Russia, Czechoslovakia, Scandinavia, Spain, Hungary and England. Although the economic situation in England grew during the 19th century, and what happened from the industrial revolution, but its Musical compositions was created by composers from Germany and Italy, but of the production created by "Arthur Sullivan" and " WS Gilbert" who produce and present many of the English national production from operas and dramatic cantatas as (Trial by Jury) and (Mikado) which considered as a great and unique work that gained a international reputation around the world, Therefore, the researcher found that we should study the coral introduction of the Dramatic Cantata (Trial by jury) to know the different methods of performance to raise the level of it to raise the level of students of the faculty of essential education while performing this coral introduction. The research is divided into two parts: - Part 1: The theoretical part. - Part 2: The practical framework. - The research results, lists of references, and the summary of the research.
