|a استهدفت الدراسة التعرف على واقع تضمين ثقافة حقوق الإنسان في مقررات اللغة العربية بالتعليم الثانوي السعودي -نظام المقررات، ولتحقيق الهدف السابق؛ استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي؛ وأعد أداتين هما: قائمة بمضامين ثقافة حقوق الإنسان اللازمة لطلاب التعليم الثانوي -نظام المقررات، وبطاقة لتحليل المحتوى، وقد قام الباحث -بعد التأكد من صدقهما وثباتهما -بتحليل محتوى مقررات اللغة العربية الإلزامية الواردة في البرنامج المشترك لنظام المقررات في ضوء القائمة التي تم التوصل لها.\nوبعد استخدام المعالجات الإحصائية المناسبة، أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن واقع تضمين ثقافة حقوق الإنسان في مقررات اللغة العربية بالتعليم الثانوي السعودي -نظام المقررات لم يرتق إلى ما يجب أن تتضمنه تلك المقررات ، حيث جاء ورود تلك المضامين منخفضا من حيث عدد تكراراتها، ونسبها المئوية في بعدها الإجمالي، أو على مستوى كل مضمون حقوقي في جميع المقررات الأربعة التي تم تحليلها، بالإضافة إلى أنه لم يتوفر في تلك المقررات مستوى مقبول من تدرج المضامين الحقوقية، وتتابعها، وتكاملها، واتساعها، إنما اتسم تضمينها بالعشوائية، وعدم التخطيط المنتظم.\nوأوصت الدراسة بجملة توصيات، من أبرزها: بناء قوائم معيارية لتعليم ونشر ثقافة الإنسان عبر مناهج اللغة العربية ومقرراتها لمختلف مراحل التعليم على أن تتسم بالتدرج، والشمول، والتكامل، والتتابع، والاستفادة من قائمة مضامين الثقافة الحقوقية التي توصلت إليها الدراسة الحالية، وتضمينها في مقررات اللغة العربية بالتعليم الثانوي، وإعادة النظر في اختيار المحتويات الثقافية في تلك المقررات؛ بهدف مراعاة مضامين ثقافة حقوق الإنسان، واقترحت الدراسة إجراء بحوث مستقبلية منها: دراسة ترتبط بواقع تضمين ثقافة حقوق الإنسان في برامج إعداد معلم اللغة العربية بمؤسسات التعليم العالي، وإجراء دراسة ترتبط بواقع تضمين ثقافة حقوق الإنسان في مقررات تعليم اللغة العربية بالمرحلتين الابتدائية والمتوسطة (دراسة مقارنة)، وإجراء دراسة تهتم بتبني آليات مقترحة لتضمين ثقافة حقوق الإنسان في مقررات اللغة العربية بالتعليم الثانوي السعودي في ضوء بعض التجارب الحديثة.

|f The study aimed to identify the reality of including the culture of human rights in the Arabic language courses in Saudi secondary education - the curriculum system, and to achieve the above goal; the researcher used the descriptive method; and prepared two tools: a list of the contents of the human rights culture needed for secondary education students - the curriculum system and card for content analyzing. After ascertaining their truthfulness and consistency, the researcher analyzed the content of the mandatory Arabic language courses contained in the joint program of the syllabus system in the light of the list reached.\nFollowing the use of appropriate statistical treatments, the results of the study showed that the reality of including human rights culture in the Arabic language courses in Saudi secondary education did not rise to what these courses should include, as the presence of these contents is low in terms of the number of repetitions and their percentages in their overall dimension or at the level of every human rights subject in all four curriculums which were analyzed. In addition to that, the curricular did not have an acceptable level for the inclusion of rights subjects and their sequencing, itegrating, and broadening, but the inclusion was characterized by randomness and lack of proper planning.\nThe study made a number of recommendations, most notably: the building of standard lists for the education and dissemination of human culture through the curricula and courses of the Arabic language for the various stages of education, which should be gradual, comprehensive, integrated and sequential, and the use of the list of contents of human rights culture reached by the present study. and include them in the Arabic language courses in secondary education, and reviewing the selection of cultural contents in these courses, with the objective of taking into account the human rights culture content. The study proposed conducting future research including: A study related to the fact that the culture of human rights is included in training programs for Arabic language teachers in higher education institutions, conducting a study related to the fact that the culture of human rights is included in the curricula of teaching the Arabic language at the primary and middle levels (comparative study), and conducting a study which is concerned with adopting proposed mechanisms to include human rights culture in Arabic language courses in Saudi secondary education in light of some recent experiences.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
