|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهم المتطلبات التربوية التي يفرضها مجتمع المعرفة على النظام التعليمي في مرحلة التعليم الأساسي وتقديم رؤية تربوية لإصلاح التعليم الأساسي في ضوء تلك المتطلبات التربوية لمجتمع المعرفة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى قصور التعليم التقليدي عن تحقيق أهداف العصر المعلوماتي الأمر الذي فرض ضرورة إصلاح التعليم وفق استراتيجية مؤسسية متكاملة تهدف إلى التطوير المستمر ومواكبة التطور السريع في مجال تقنية المعلومات والاتصالات وتوظيفها بفاعلية لتطوير وتحديث العملية التعليمية بما يتوافق وآمال وطموحات المجتمع ومن ثم اقترحت الدراسة إحداث التكامل والتجانس والتنسيق فيما بين المؤسسات التربوية والتعليمية بمرحلة التعليم الأساسي ومؤسسات المجتمع الأخرى لبناء فلسفة تربوية واضحة المعالم تمثل إطاراً ينظم ويحدد مختلف الممارسات والنشاطات والفعاليات التربوية في ضوء الاحتياجات الفعلية والمتطلبات التربوية لمجتمع المعرفة.

|b This study aimed to identify the most important educational requirements imposed by the knowledge society on the educational system in the basic education stage and provide an educational vision for the reform of basic education in light of the educational requirements of the knowledge society .The study concluded that traditional education has failed to achieve the objectives of the information age, which necessitated the reform of education in accordance with an integrated institutional strategy aimed at continuous development and keeping abreast of the rapid development in the field of information and communications technology and its effective use to develop and modernize the educational process in accordance with the hopes and aspirations of society. Therefore, the study suggested the integration, harmonization and coordination among educational institutions in the basic education stage and other community institutions to build a well-defined educational philosophy that represents a framework that organizes various educational practices and activities in light of the actual needs and educational requirements of the knowledge society.
