هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى: 1. التعرف على العلاقة بين الأمن النفسي والدافعية للإنجاز والاتجاه نحو المدرسة لدى طالبات (الأول والثالث). 2. التعرف على مستوى الشعور بالأمن النفسي لدى عينة من طالبات المرحلة الثانوية (الصف الأول والثالث). 3. التعرف على مستوى الدافع للإنجاز لدى عينة من طالبات المرحلة الثانوية (الصف الأول والثالث). 4. التعرف على مستوى الاتجاه نحو المدرسة لدى عينة من طالبات المرحلة الثانوية (الصف الأول والثالث). وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في (120) طالبة، (60) طالبة من طالبات الصف الأول الثانوي، (60) طالبة من طالبات الصف الثالث الثانوي بمدرسة أم المؤمنين الثانوية للبنات بمحافظة دمياط، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي "الارتباطي"، واستخدمت الباحثة مقياس الأمن النفسي (إعداد الباحثة)، ومقياس الدافع للإنجاز (إعداد الباحثة)، ومقياس الاتجاه نحو المدرسة إعداد أ.د/ فاروق موسى. أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن:- 1. وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين الأمن النفسي والدافع للإنجاز والاتجاه نحو المدرسة (الصف الأول والثالث). 2. وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات طالبات الصف الأول الثانوي وطالبات الصف الثالث الثانوي في مقياس الأمن النفسي لصالح الصف الأول الثانوي. 3. وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات طالبات الصف الأول الثانوي وطالبات الصف الثالث الثانوي في مقياس الدافعية للإنجاز لصالح الصف الأول الثانوي. 4. وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات طالبات الصف الأول الثانوي وطالبات الصف الثالث الثانوي في مقياس الاتجاه نحو المدرسة (بأبعاده المختلفة) لصالح طالبات الصف الأول الثانوي.
The present study aimed at: 1. Identify the relationship between psychological security and motivation for achievement and the trend towards school among secondary school students (grades 1 and 3). 2. Identifying the level of feeling of psychological, security among a sample of secondary school students (grades 1 and 3 ). 3. Identifying the level of motivation for achievement in a sample of secondary school students, (grades 1 and 3). 4. Identification of the level of the trend towards school among a sample of secondary school students (grades 1 and 3). The sample of the study was (120) students (60) students from the first grade secondary and (60) students from the third grade secondary in Umm al-Mu'minin secondary school for girls. The researcher used the descriptive method. The researcher used the measure of psychological security (preparation of the researcher), the measure of motivation for achievement (Preparation of the researcher), and the measure of trend towards the school prepared by Prof. / Farouk Mousa. Results of the study claimed in: 1. The existence of a relationship between psychological security and motivation for achievement and the trend towards school (grades 1 and 3). 2. There were statistically significant differences between the average grades of students of the first grade secondary and third grade secondary students in the measure of psychological security measure favor of the first grade secondary. 3. The existence of differences of statistical significance between the average grades of students of the first grade secondary and third grade secondary students in the measure of motivation for achievement in favor of the first grade secondary. 4. The existence of differences of significant differences between the average grades of students of the first grade secondary and third grade secondary students in the measure of the trend towards school (in different dimensions) favor of the first grade secondary.
