|a تهدف الدارسة الحالية بشكل رئيسي إلى التعرف على أثر استخدام مصادر التعلم في تحسين فاعلية العملية التعليمية (دراسة ميدانية بمحافظة أحد المسارحة)، كما تهدف إلى التعرف على مدى إسهام مراكز مصادر التعلم في تحسين المستوى المعرفي الطلاب، وتوضيح مدى تحقيق هذه المراكز لأهداف المرحلة التي تدرس فيها، وأخيرا تهدف إلى التعرف على مدى إسهام مراكز مصادر التعلم في تنمية مهارات الطلاب. \nوفي سبيل تحقيق هذه الأهداف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما تم استخدام الاستبانة في جمع البيانات والمعلومات، وتم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من (60) معلمة من معلمات الصفوف (الأولية، المتوسطة، الثانوية) بمحافظة أحد المسارحة. \nوتوصلت الدارسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها ما يلي: \n1. أثبتت مراكز مصادر التعلم فعالية كبيرة في التعليم والتعلم. \n2. توجد مراكز مصادر تعلم لكنها غير مفعلة، وذلك لعدم إلمام المعلمين بمحتويات مراكز مصادر التعلم. \n3. ضرورة تفعيل مراكز مصادر التعلم للطلاب لتحسين المستوي المعرفي. \n4. مراكز مصادر التعلم بيئة لا غنى عنها للطالب لكي يمارس نشاطه. \nكما توصي الباحثة بـ: \n1. ضرورة وأهمية دمج استخدام مراكز مصادر التعلم وتضمينها في المناهج الدراسية لجميع المراحل التعليمية. \n2. ضرورة إعادة النظر لمراكز مصادر التعلم وإنشائها بطريقة تواكب الانفجار المعرفي. \n3. نشر الوعي بأهمية ودور مراكز مصادر التعلم في تحصين المستوي المعرفي لطلاب. \n4. أهمية الارتقاء ببيئة الطلاب بما يثير الجذب والاهتمام وميولهم في ضوء الانفجار التكنولوجي. \n5. رصد الموارد المالية الكافية لإعادة مراكز مصادر التعلم بصورة تواكب المستوي المعرفي للطلاب وتذويدها بالمصادر المختلفة.

|f The current study aims mainly to identify the effect of using learning resources in improving the effectiveness of the educational process (a field study in Ahad Al-Masarha governorate). It also aims to determine the extent to which learning resource centers contribute to improving students' level of knowledge. And to clarify the extent to which these centers achieve the objectives of the stage that studies in it. Finally, it aims to identify the extent of the contribution of learning resource centers to developing students' skills.\nIn order to achieve these goals, the descriptive and analytical approach was used, and the questionnaire was used in collecting data and information. It was applied to a simple random sample consisting of (60) teachers from the (primary, intermediate, and secondary) grades in Ahad Al-Masarha governorate.\nThe study reached several results, the most important of which are the following:\n1. Learning resource centers have proven very effective in teaching and learning.\n2. There are learning resource centers, but they are not operational, due to the teachers' lack of knowledge of the contents of the learning resource centers.\n3. The necessity of activating learning resource centers for students to improve the level of knowledge.\n4. Learning resource centers are an indispensable environment for the student to practice his activities.\nThe researcher recommends:\n1. The necessity and importance of integrating the use of learning resource centers and their inclusion in the curricula of all educational levels.\n2. The necessity of reviewing the learning resource centers and establishing them in a way that keeps pace with the knowledge explosion.\n3. Raise awareness of the importance and role of learning resource centers in improving students' knowledge level.\n4. The importance of upgrading the students' environment in a way that stimulates attraction, interest and their tendencies in light of the technological explosion.\n5. Allocating sufficient financial resources to restore learning resource centers in a manner that keeps pace with the students' knowledge level and providing them with various resources.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2020
