المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التحقق من البنية العاملية لمقياس الامتنان والتقدير وانتفاء الشعور بالحرمان Gratitude Resentment and Appreciation Test (GRAT) إعداد واتكينز وآخرون (٢٠٠٣) لدى طلاب الجامعة باستخدام التحليل العاملي الاستكشافي والتحليل العاملي التوكيدي. كما هدفت إلى قياس مستوى الامتنان لدى طلاب الجامعة ودراسة الفروق في مستوى الامتنان لدى طلاب الجامعة في ضوء متغيري المرحلة الدراسية (بكالوريوس/ دراسات عليا)، والنوع (ذكور/ إناث).
وقد شملت عينة الدراسة (٢٥٥) طالبا وطالبة من طلاب كلية التربية جامعة السادات.
وتمثلت أهم نتائج الدراسة في:
بالنسبة للبناء العاملي لمقياس الامتنان:
- باستخدام التحليل العاملي الاستكشافي والتحليل العاملي التوكيدي من خلال توصيف النموذج، واستخدام مؤشرات المطابقة. أسفرت النتائج عن ملاءمة النموذج للبيانات المستمدة من الميدان. كما تم استخلاص ثلاثة عوامل لمقياس الامتنان تمثلت في: تقدير الآخرين ويقاس بخمس مفردات، والامتنان البسيط ويقاس بخمس مفردات، والشعور بالوفرة ويقاس بسبع مفردات.
- توافرت دلالات متعددة لصدق المقياس التقاربي والبنائي والتمييزي. كما توافرت دلالات متعددة لثبات بنية المقياس؛ حيث أوضحت مؤشرات الصدق والثبات تمتع مقياس الامتنان في صورته النهائية بدرجة مناسبة من الصدق والثبات وملاءمته لقياس الامتنان لدى طلاب الجامعة المصريين.
بالنسبة لمستوى الامتنان لدى طلاب الجامعة:
- جاء مستوى الامتنان مرتفعا بالنسبة لبعدي الامتنان البسيط والامتنان للآخرين؛ في حين جاء مقبولا بالنسبة لبعد الشعور بالوفرة، وتحقق الامتنان ككل بمستوى متوسط.
- بالنسبة للفروق في مستوى الامتنان بالنسبة لمتغيري المرحلة الدراسية والنوع: أسفرت الدراسة عن عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى الامتنان ككل أو أي من أبعاده ترجع لأي من متغيري لمتغير المرحلة الدراسية، أو النوع.


The current study aims to verify the working structure of the Gratitude Resentment and Appreciation Test (GRAT) prepared by Watkins et al. (2003) among university students using exploratory and assistive working analysis. It also aimed to measure the level of gratitude among university students and study the differences in the level of gratitude among university students in light of the variables of the academic stage (bachelor/postgraduate studies) and gender (male/female).
The study sample included (255) male and female students from the Faculty of Education, Sadat University.
The main results of the study were:
For the working construction of the scale of gratitude:
- Using exploratory and evidentiary factoring analysis through model characterization and the use of conformity indicators. The results showed the relevance of the model for data from the field. Three factors were also drawn to the measure of gratitude: the appreciation of others, measured in five vocabularies, simple gratitude measured in five vocabularies, and the feeling of abundance measured in seven vocabularies.
- Multiple semantics were available for the authenticity of the approximation, constructional, and discriminatory scale. There were also various indications for the stability of the scale structure. The indicators of authenticity and stability showed that the Gratitude Scale, in its final form, had an appropriate degree of authenticity and stability and its suitability for measuring gratitude among Egyptian University students.
- The level of gratitude was high for the two dimensions of simple gratitude and gratitude to others, while it was acceptable for the dimension of affluence, and the gratitude as a whole was achieved at an average level.
- For differences in the level of gratitude for the variables of the school stage and gender: the study resulted in the absence of statistically significant differences in the level of gratitude as a whole or any of its dimensions due to either of the variables of the stage variable or gender.
