المستخلص: The aim of the research is to identify the degree of employment of teachers of the first cycle of basic education of the strategy of thinking maps in teaching reading comprehension, as well as knowledge of the differences in the degree of employment of this strategy according to the gender variable, the scientific qualification and the number of years of teaching experience. The sample consisted of (303) teachers Of the teachers of the first cycle of basic education, where they were selected in a simple random way from the schools of the first episode of basic education in Damascus Governorate, and applied the measure of the teachers' use of the strategy of thinking maps in teaching reading comprehension (preparation researcher). The results indicated a low degree by the teachers of the first cycle of basic education in their employment strategy thinking in the teaching of reading comprehension maps. The absence of statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the sample employed in the degree of strategic thinking in the teaching of reading comprehension maps according to the variable sex individuals. And the presence of statistically significant differences between the average scores of the research sample in the degree of employment strategy thinking in the teaching of reading comprehension maps according to the variable educational qualification for the benefit of teachers with higher educational qualification individuals (postgraduate). And the existence of differences of statistical significance between the average scores of the members of the research sample in the degree of employment of the strategy of thinking maps in the teaching of reading comprehension according to the variable years of service, in favor of teachers with the highest academic qualification (5 years' experience and more).

هدف البحث إلى تعرف درجة توظيف معلمي الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي لاستراتيجية خرائط التفكير في تدريس الفهم القرائي، وكذلك معرفة الفروق في درجة توظيفهم لهذه الاستراتيجية وفقاً لمتغير الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وعدد سنوات الخبرة التدريسية، حيث تكونت عينة البحث من (303) معلما ومعلمة من معلمي الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي، حيث تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة من مدارس الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي في محافظة دمشق، وطبق عليهم مقياس توظيف المعلمين لاستراتيجية خرائط التفكير في تدريس الفهم القرائي (إعداد الباحثة) بعد التحقق من صدقه وثباته. وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود درجة منخفضة لدى معلمي الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي في توظيفهم لاستراتيجية خرائط التفكير في تدريس الفهم القرائي. وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات أفراد عينة البحث في درجة توظيفهم لاستراتيجية خرائط التفكير في تدريس الفهم القرائي وفقا لمتغير الجنس. ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات أفراد عينة البحث في درجة توظيفهم لاستراتيجية خرائط التفكير في تدريس الفهم القرائي وفقا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح المعلمين ذوي المؤهل العلمي الأعلى (دراسات عليا). ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات أفراد عينة البحث في درجة توظيفهم لاستراتيجية خرائط التفكير في تدريس الفهم القرائي وفقا لمتغير سنوات الخدمة، لصالح المعلمين ذوي المؤهل العلمي الأعلى (5 سنوات خبرة فأكثر).
