|d Améliorer la compréhension et l’expression écrite des apprenants est l’une des tâches les plus ardues auxquelles est amené à faire face un enseignant. La lecture tout comme l’écriture, ne sont pas de simple compétences à enseigner, elles sont essentielles. La lecture qui est la prise des connaissances d’un texte écrit, et qui est apparue au même temps que l’écriture est une activité intellectuelle et physique. Malgré son importance, elle commence à perdre peu à peu une grande partie de son statut du fait, qu’elle soit négligée ou ignorée, ce qui influence négativement l’apprentissage de l’écriture en tant que production ; chose qui a été constatée lors des examens écrits. Les apprenants (élèves, stagiaires ou même étudiants) éprouvent des difficultés à rédiger. Pourquoi cette incompétence à produire ? Il semble qu’on se trouve devant une situation ou des apprentissages multiples (langue - lecture - etc.) conduisent à un échec. Est-ce cette négligence en lecture qui a mené à un échec en écriture?

|a يعتبر تحسين مستوى المتعلمين في فهم النصوص والتعبير الكتابي من أصعب المهمات التي على المدرس أن يقوم بها، إذ أن القراءة والكتابة ليستا مجرد كفائتين بسيطتين بل هما ضروريتان. فالقراءة التي هي استخلاص للمعارف من نحن مكتوب ظهرت في آن واحد مع الكآبة وهي نشاط ذهني وجسمي في الوقت نفسه. وبالنغم من أهميتها، إلا أنها بدأت تفقد جزءا من مكانتها وهذا الأمر راجع إما لتهميشها أو لتجاهلها مما يؤثر سلبا على تعلم التعبير الكتابي وهو أمر لوحظ خلال الامتحانات الكابية. فالمتعلمون (تلاميذا كانوا أو متربصين أو حتى طلبة) يلقون صعوبات في التحرير.\nبما نفسر هذا العجز في التعبير الكتابي؟ (بما نفسر انعدام الكفاءة في التعبير الكتابي؟). يبدو أن الأمر يتعلق بوضعية تؤدي فيها تعلمات متعددة (اللغة، القراءة، إلخ) إلى فشل. وهل هذا الفشل في الكتابة والتعبير مرده إل تهميش القراءة؟\n

|f Improving the level of learners in understanding texts and written expression is one of the most difficult tasks a teacher has to perform. Reading and writing are not just simple proficiencies but necessary. Reading, which is an extract of knowledge about who we are written, appeared simultaneously with depression, which is a mental and physical activity in time. Despite its importance, it has begun to lose part of its position, which is either due to its marginalization or to its negligence, which negatively affects the learning of written expression, which has been observed during the written exams. Learners (pupils, lurking or even students) face difficulties in writing.\nHow do we explain this inability of the written expression? (How can we explain the incompetence of the written expression?) It seems to be about a situation where multiple learnings (language, reading, etc.) lead to failure.
