|a هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى إدراك طلاب وطالبات كلية التربية بالوادي الجديد للعدالة الأكاديمية، وبحث اختلاف إدراك العدالة الأكاديمية باختلاف النوع الاجتماعي (ذكور/إناث)، والتخصص الدراسي (علمي/أدبي). وتكونت عينة البحث النهائية من 216 طالبًا وطالبة بالفرقة الثانية بكلية التربية بالوادي الجديد، وطُبق عليهم مقياس العدالة الأكاديمية بعد التحقق من ثباته وصدقه لدى عينة البحث الاستطلاعية. وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها أن عينة البحث الكلية من طلاب وطالبات الفرقة الثانية بكلية التربية بالوادي الجديد يدركون جميع الأبعاد (العدالة التوزيعية، العدالة الإجرائية، العدالة التعاملية، العدالة المعلوماتية) والدرجة الكلية للعدالة الأكاديمية بدرجة متوسطة وليس بدرجة مرتفعة. وعدم وجود فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات الذكور والإناث في جميع الأبعاد الفرعية (العدالة التوزيعية، العدالة الإجرائية، العدالة التعاملية، العدالة المعلوماتية) والدرجة الكلية للعدالة الأكاديمية. ووجود فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسطي ذوي التخصص العلمي وذوي التخصص الأدبي في كل من: (العدالة الإجرائية، العدالة المعلوماتية) لصالح متوسط درجات طلاب وطالبات التخصص العلمي، ووجود فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسطي ذوي التخصص العلمي وذوي التخصص الأدبي في (العدالة التعاملية) لصالح متوسط درجات طلاب وطالبات التخصص الأدبي. في حين لا يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسطي ذوي التخصص العلمي وذوي التخصص الأدبي في كل من: (العدالة التوزيعية والدرجة الكلية للعدالة الأكاديمية). وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في جميع الأبعاد الفرعية (العدالة التوزيعية، العدالة الإجرائية، العدالة التعاملية، العدالة المعلوماتية) والدرجة الكلية للعدالة الأكاديمية ترجع للتفاعل الثنائي بين النوع والتخصص.

|f The research aims to identify the awareness level of the students of the Faculty of Education in New Valley of academic justice and to examine the different awareness of academic justice according to gender (male/female) and the academic specialization (scientific/literary). The final research sample was made up of 216 male and female students from the second year of the Faculty of Education in New Valley. The academic justice scale was applied to them after verifying its reliability and validity in the survey research sample. The research concluded a set of results. Following are the most significant of them: The total research sample of students of the second year of the Faculty of Education in New Valley is aware of all dimensions (distributive justice, procedural justice, transactional justice, information justice) and the overall degree of academic justice with a medium degree and not a high degree. There is no statistically significant difference between the mean scores of males and females in all sub-dimensions (distributive justice, procedural justice, transactional justice, and information justice) and the overall degree of academic justice. There is a statistically significant difference between the average of those with a scientific discipline and those with literature specialization in each of (procedural justice, information justice) in favor of the average grades of students of the scientific discipline. There is a statistically significant difference between the average of those with a scientific discipline and those with a literature specialization in favor of the average degrees of male and female students of the specialization in literature. There is no statistically significant difference between the mean scores of males and females in all sub-dimensions (distributive justice, procedural justice, transactional justice, and information justice) and the overall degree of academic justice. There is a statistically significant difference between the average of those with a scientific discipline and those with literature specialization in each of (procedural justice, information justice) in favor of the average grades of male and female students of the scientific discipline, and the presence of a statistically significant difference between the average of those with a scientific discipline and those with a literature specialization in favor of the average degrees of male and female students of the specialization in literature. At the same time, there is no statistically significant difference between the average of those with a scientific discipline and those with a specialization in literature: (distributive justice and the total degree of academic justice). The absence of statistically significant differences in all the sub-dimensions (distributive justice, procedural justice, transactional justice, and information justice) and the overall degree of academic justice is due to the bilateral interaction between gender and specialization.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2020
