The aim of the current research is to identify the effect of the use of forms and methods of reinforcement in modifying the behavior of students with learning disabilities from the point of view of their teachers. The research sample consisted of (25) specialists and specialists working with students with learning disabilities within special education centers within Cairo governorate. The researcher used a list of methods and forms of reinforcement after verifying their validity and stability. The researcher also used the descriptive approach to the nature of the research, and the results showed that positive reinforcement has an effective effect on improving the behavior of students with learning difficulties and make them new behaviors, and improve their motivation. The results also showed that physical reinforcement is more effective for students from the point of view of their teachers followed by active reinforcement, and social reinforcement is the least form of enhancement in effectiveness The researcher recommended activating the use of this type of reinforcement in the management of the behaviors of these students with training on the use of behavioral modification strategies in general and various reinforcement methods, in particular.
هدف البحث الحالي إلى تعرف أثر استخدام أشكال وطرق التعزيز في تعديل سلوك الطلاب ذوي صعوبات التعلم من وجهة نظر معلميهم، وتكونت عينة البحث من (25) أخصائي وأخصائية ممن يعملون مع طلاب ذوي صعوبات التعلم داخل مراكز تربية خاصة داخل محافظه القاهرة، وقد استخدمت الباحثة قائمة طرق وأشكال التعزيز بعد التحقق إحصائيا من صدقها وثباتها؛ كما استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي لمناسبته طبيعة البحث، وأظهرت النتائج أن للتعزيز الإيجابي أثر فعال في تحسن سلوكيات الطلاب ذوي صعوبات التعلم وإكسابهم سلوكيات جديدة، وتحسن دافعيتهم كما أثبتت النتائج أن التعزيز المادي أكثر فعالية لدى الطلاب من وجهة نظر معلميهم تلاه التعزيز النشاطي، أما التعزيز الاجتماعي فيعد أقل شكل من أشكال التعزيز في الفعالية؛ وقد أوصت الباحثة بتفعيل استخدام هذا النوع من التعزيز في إدارة سلوكيات هؤلاء الطلاب مع التدريب على استخدام استراتيجيات تعديل السلوك عامة وطرق التعزيز المختلفة خاصة.
