المستخلص: En effet, l ’objectif de ce travail est assurément la production d’enseignants efficaces capables d’assumer la mission qui est la leur, c’est-à-dire celle d’assurer une éducation et une instruction de qualité. En effet, Acquérir les perspectives d'enseignement et maîtriser des compétences professionnelles semblent, à l’heure actuelle, des enjeux importants dans tous les secteurs de la formation et notamment en formation des maîtres.
La méthode privilégiée pour cette recherche est de type mixte, c'est- à -dire à la fois qualitative et quantitative. Pour identifier les cinq perspectives d'enseignement Pratt, Collins et Jarvis Selinger (2001) ont conçu un questionnaire, le Teaching Perspectives Inventory (TPI). Le TPI a été utilisé pour comparer les résultats des participants avant et après la formation. Les résultats de cette recherche établissent un changement dans les résultats obtenus avec le TPI. D'après les résultats de cette recherche, les participants ont effectué une réflexion plus riche sur leur enseignement après la formation qu'avant celle-ci. Pour ce qui est de lien entre les perspectives d'enseignement et les compétences professionnelles, les données permettent d'établir un lien statistiquement significatif entre ces deux éléments (perspectives d'enseignement et les compétences professionnelles).


Indeed, the objective of this work is certainly the production of effective teachers capable of carrying out their mission, that is, to ensure quality education and instruction. Indeed, acquiring educational perspectives and mastering professional skills seem, at the present time, to be important issues in all sectors of training and in particular in teacher training.
The preferred method for this research is of a mixed type, that is, both qualitative and quantitative. To identify the five teaching perspectives Pratt, Collins and Jarvis Selinger (2001) developed a questionnaire, the Teaching Perspectives Inventory (TPI). The IPT was used to compare the results of participants before and after the training. The results of this research establish a change in the results obtained with the TPI. According to the results of this research, the participants made a richer reflection on their teaching after the training than before it. Regarding the link between educational perspectives and vocational skills, the data provide a statistically significant link between these two elements (educational perspectives and vocational skills).
