المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز مستوى تطبيق وظائف الإدارة الإلكترونية بالمؤسسات الاقتصادية كونها من الاتجاهات الحديثة لوقتنا الحالي بشكل عام والمؤسسة المينائية بسكيكدة بشكل خاص، من خلال توزيع استمارات لعينة بالمؤسسة المبحوثة، كما تم استخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي spss، لتحليل البيانات والتوصل للنتائج المطلوبة من خلال مقاييس النزعة المركزية. توصلنا إلى أن هناك مستوى متوسط لتطبيق وظائف الإدارة الإلكترونية بالمؤسسة المينائية بسكيكدة، كونه مفهوم حديث وتسعى المؤسسة لمواكبته والاعتماد أكثر على التكنولوجيا والرقمنة.

The study aims to highlight the level of application of the functions of electronic management in economic institutions as they are the current trends of our current time in general and the Port in Skikda in particular, through the distribution of sample forms of the institution in question, and the use of statistical analysis program spss, to analyze the data and reach the results required through the measures of tendency Central. We have found that there is an average level of application of e-management functions at the port in Skikda, as it is a modern concept and the institution seeks to keep pace with it and rely more on technology and digitization.

L’étude vise à mettre en évidence le niveau d’application des fonctions de gestion électronique dans les institutions économiques, telles qu’elles sont les tendances actuelles de notre époque et de l’autorité portuaire de Skikda en particulier, grâce à la distribution d’échantillons de l’institution en question et à l’utilisation du programme d’analyse statistique, afin d’analyser les données et d’atteindre les résultats souhaités. Nous avons constaté qu'il existe un niveau moyen d'application des fonctions de gestion électronique dans le port de Skikda, car il s'agit d'un concept moderne et que l'institution cherche à suivre le rythme et à s'appuyer davantage sur la technologie.
