يعد النضج السلوكي أحد المداخل الفعلية التي تعتمد المنظمات استحضارها في ميدان عملها، بما يمكنها من أداء العمليات الموكلة إليها عبر التوظيف الأفضل لكل ما يقع ضمن الأبعاد المجسدة لحالات النضج، سواء تعلقت بالإنجاز المتزايد للأنشطة أو ما تمحورت في الاستقلالية المقترنة برقابة الذات في ظل اتساع الرؤية ومن ثم القدرة على التصرف بطرق متباينة لإشباع الحاجات مما يترك آثار على مسارات العملية الإنتاجية سواء بإطارها المنتظم وحتى غير المنتظم، عليه تبلور تصور لدى الباحثين بشأن مشكلة الدراسة التي انطلقت من تساؤل فحواه: هل يمثل النضج السلوكي السبيل الأنسب لرسم مسارات العملية الإنتاجية على مستوى المنظمة بما يمكنها من متابعة التطورات برؤية شاملة تؤشر التقليدي وتتأهب لرسم التوجهات المستقبلية؟ وقد حددت الدراسة الحالية جملة أهداف أبرزها الكشف عن علاقات الارتباط والتأثير بين بعض أبعاد النضج السلوكي وبين مسارات العملية الإنتاجية في المنظمة المبحوثة فضلاً عن تأشير مستوى الاتفاق بين المبحوثين بشأن الأبعاد والمؤشرات الخاصة بالمتغيرين الرئيسيين للدراسة الحالية، وتبنت الدراسة فرضيتين مفادهما: 1-هناك علاقة ارتباط ذات دلالة إحصائية معنوية بين بعض أبعاد النضج السلوكي وبين مسارات العملية الإنتاجية على مستوى الشركة العامة لصناعة الأدوية والمستلزمات الطبية/ سامراء. 2-توجد فروق معنوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين بعض أبعاد النضج السلوكي وبين مسارات العملية الإنتاجية على مستوى المنظمة المبحوثة. وقد اعتمد الباحثون الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات الخاصة بالمتغيرات قيد الدراسة، إذ تم توزيعها على (48) فردأً وبشكل عشوائي، وكما تمت الاستعانة بعدد من الأساليب الإحصائية (تكرارات، نسبة مئوية، الانحرافات المعيارية، الأوساط الحسابية، تحليل التباين) وتوصلوا إلى جملة استنتاجات أبرزها وجود فروق معنوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أبعاد النضج السلوكي وبين مسار العملية الإنتاجية، واعتماداً على تلك الاستنتاجات تم تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات.

The current study identified a number of objectives, the most prominent of which were the detection of correlation and influence between some dimensions of behavioral maturity and the process of production processes in the organization in question, as well as indicating the level of agreement between the respondents on the dimensions and indicators of the two major variables of the current study. The study adopted two hypotheses: 1- There is a relationship of significant statistical significance between some dimensions of behavioral maturity and the process of production processes at the level of the General Company for the manufacture of medicines and medical supplies / Samarra. 2- There are significant differences of statistical significance between some dimensions of behavioral maturity and the process of production processes at the level of the organization in question. The researchers adopted the questionnaire as a tool for collecting the data for the variables under study, They were distributed randomly and randomly, A number of statistical methods were used (repetitions, percentages, standard deviations, computations, variance analysis) There were statistically significant differences between the dimensions of behavioral maturity and the process of production, Based on these conclusions, a number of recommendations were presented.
