|a تعتبر الكفاءة معيارا هاما للحكم على جودة أداء أي منظمة ومنها المستشفيات العامة التي ينبغي عليها تقديم خدمات صحية ذات جودة عالية في الوقت والمكان المناسب للحفاظ على صحة أفراد المجتمع. ويعد توفير الخدمات الصحية الجيدة من أكبر التحديات التي تواجه إدارة تلك المستشفيات، نظرا لتميز هذه الخدمات الصحية بارتفاع تكلفتها النسبية في ضوء الموارد المحدودة المخصصة لها كنسبة من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي للدولة. ويهدف هذا البحث إلى تقييم كفاءة أداء الموارد البشرية الصحية في عينة من المستشفيات العامة بمحافظة الفيوم من خلال مقارنتها بالمؤشرات العالمية. ويفترض البحث أنه توجد فروق جوهرية بين كفاءة أداء الموارد البشرية الصحية في المستشفيات العامة عينة البحث بالمقارنة مع المؤشرات العالمية المناظرة لها. وقد أشارت نتائج البحث إلى أن جميع المستشفيات عينة البحث لم تحقق المؤشرات العالمية المقبولة للحكم على كفاءة أداء الموارد البشرية الصحية. وينتهي البحث بتقديم بعض المقترحات لمعالجة مواطن الخلل في المستشفيات ذات الكفاءة النسبية المنخفضة من أجل تحقيق الكفاءة المطلوبة.

|b Efficiency is considered as an important standard to measure the quality of any organization performance including the public hospitals which should provide high-quality health services at the proper time and place in order to protect the health of the society individuals. Providing good health services is considered as one of the greatest challenges facing those hospitals management. These health services are characterized with their relatively high costs in light of their limited allocated resources as a portion of the state gross domestic product. This research aims to evaluate the efficiency of the health human resources performance of a sample of Al- Fayoum governorate-based public hospitals through comparing its indicators to the world standards. The paper hypothesizes that there are significant differences between efficiency of using the health human resources in the examined sample of the public hospitals compared to their world indicator counterparts. Findings indicate that not the all examined hospitals sample met the required world indicators in order to judge the efficiency of the health human resources performance. The paper provides some recommendations to handle the trouble spots at the relatively low efficiency hospitals in order to meet the required efficiency.
