المستخلص: The problem of the study is the limited use of many social studies teachers for the educational blogs and that is due to the lack of teachers' training or lack of experience in this field. The goal of current research is to identify the importance of educational blogs in the educational process, to determine the competencies of the educational blogging required for the social studies teacher, to know the degree of social studies teachers of the preparatory stage use of the educational competencies blogs in teaching, to identify educational and technical standards that must be available at the time of using the educational blogs, and to know the degree of social studies teachers of the preparatory stage use of the educational blogs in teaching in accordance with the educational and technical standards from the standpoint of their pupils. The current research followed the descriptive analytical method; to describe the reality of the use of the educational blogs skills in accordance with educational and technical standards, and from the perspective of learners. The research reached a number of conclusions about measuring the degree of use of social studies teachers for the preparatory stage of the educational Blogs competencies in teaching, and the degree of availability of the educational and technical standards for the use of the educational blogging in the weakness of the use of many of those competencies, and the weakness of the availability of the educational and technical standards for the use of the educational blogging, and for many of the competencies and educational and technical standards (zero). According to the results of that research came out with a number of recommendations and suggestions.

تتمثل مشكلة البحث الحالي في الاستخدام المحدود لدى كثير من معلمي الدراسات الاجتماعية للمدونات التعليمية نتيجة لعدم تدريب المعلمين أو نقص الخبرة بهذا المجال، وتمثلت أهداف البحث في تعرف أهمية المدونات التعليمية في العملية التعليمية، وجدارات المدونات التعليمية اللازمة للمعلم، وتحديد المعايير التربوية والفنية الواجب توافرها عند استخدام المدونة التعليمية، ودرجة استخدام معلمي الدراسات الاجتماعية بالمرحلة الاعدادية للمدونات التعليمية بالتدريس وفقا للمعايير التربوية والفنية من وجهة نظر تلاميذهم. واتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ لوصف واقع استخدام مهارات المدونات التعليمية وفق المعايير التربوية والفنية، ومن وجهة نظر المتعلمين. وأسفرت النتائج عن ضعف استخدام المدونات التعليمية لمعلمي الدراسات الاجتماعية بالمرحلة الاعدادية برغم أهميتها، وقد توصل البحث إلى قائمة بجدارات المدونات التعليمية اللازمة للمعلم، وقائمة بالمعايير التربوية والفنية الواجب توافرها في المدونات التعليمية للاستفادة منهما في تدريس الدراسات الاجتماعية، كما خرج بمجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات ذات صلة بالبحث.
