Strategic alliances are the most important substance for the organization to attain the various resources, learning and thereby gaining the competitive advantage. The theoretical frames of transactions of the resources and the other networking sources which are involved in selecting the right partners and right to share information, mutualism are all concerned for the effective factors. Alliances have meritoriously managed the benefits and privation that can be realized. Effective management alliance instigates with the selection of the partner following by share information and risk factors that can be involved in the maximizing the cooperation and working structure that are trust-based and foremost managing the social capital and knowledge of their framework. The key purpose of this study is to investigate various factors that could provide a competitive edge by using management alliances. For establishing the aforementioned objective a questionnaire survey was prepared and asked 60 managers of the different industries. The key findings of the study indicates the performance of the organization that are enhanced with accurately choosing the partners that can certainly meet the strategic goals and objectives of the organization that are emphasized with proper exit plan that are termed with the partners and shared the right key information to run the alliance for long term and also diminishing the loss of the partners in the alliances. The agreements and contracts can practice the accurate goal that can highly meet the operational goals of the organization. |
