هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف ماهية القيم الخلقية في الفكر التربوي بصفة عامة، وفي الفكر التربوي الإسلامي بصفة خاصة، والتعرف على دور الأنشطة الطلابية في تنمية بعض القيم الخلقية، والكشف عن وجهات نظر المعلمين حول قيام الأنشطة الطلابية بدورها باختلاف التخصص والخبرة، والتعرف على المعوقات التي تحد من قيام الأنشطة الطلابية بدورها، وتقديم أهم التوصيات لتفعيل دور الأنشطة الطلابية في تنمية بعض القيم الخلقية لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية. واستخدم الباحث في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، ويتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع المعلمين بمدارس الثانوية العامة حكومي (نهاري) التابعة لوزارة التربية والتعليم بمدينة الرياض، والبالغ عددهم (3564 معلم) في (110) مدرسة حكومية في مدينة الرياض. وتم أخذ عينة من المعلمين (420) معلم يمثلون 12.2 % من مجتمع الدراسة الأصلي وقد عاد منها بعد التوزيع (404)، أي أن مجموع الفاقد من الاستبانات (16) استبانة. وتوصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج منها ما يلي: 1. النتائج المتعلقة بدور النشاط الطلابي في تنمية بعض القيم: 1- أنه يقدم في النشاط الثقافي أمثلة متميزة في التمسك بقيمة الصدق بمتوسط حسابي (80.4) وانحراف معياري (0.54). 2- تنفيذ البرامج الجماعية في النشاط الرياضي التي تربي الطلاب على قيمة التواضع، بمتوسط حسابي (4.36) وانحراف معياري (0.71). 3- أن جماعة النشاط العلمي تقوم بتوضيح قيمة الصبر وذكر الآيات الأحاديث المرغبة فيها، بمتوسط حسابي (4.59) وانحراف معياري (0.73). 2- النتائج المتعلقة بالمعوقات التي تحد من قيام النشاط الطلابي بدوره في تنمية بعض القيم: 1- عدم وجود دليل للأنشطة يساعد المعلمين على معرفة أساليب تنمية قيمة الصدق، بمتوسط حسابي (4.62) وانحراف معياري (0.69). 2- اعتقاد بعض القائمين على الأنشطة بضعف جدوى الجهد المبذول لتنمية قيمة التواضع بمتوسط حسابي (4.55) وانحراف معياري (0.85). بمتوسط حسابي (3.49) وانحراف معياري (1.12). 3- التأثير السلبي لما تبثه بعض وسائل الإعلام على قيمة الصبر بمتوسط حسابي (58.4) وانحراف معياري (0.79). في ضوء النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها يوصي الباحث منها ما يلي: 1. إصدار دليل إجرائي مساعد للمعلمين في جانب تنمية قيمة الصدق. 2. توعية المعلمين بأهمية دورهم في تنمية قيمة التواضع لدى الطلاب. 3. إقامة دورات للقائمين على الأنشطة الطلابية بشكل كافي مما يسهم في تنمية قيمة الصبر لدى الطلاب. 4. دعم الأبحاث والدراسات المتخصصة في قيمة الأمانة. 5. توفير بيئات تربوية مناسبة داخل المدارس مجهزة بكافة التجهيزات اللازمة؛ لممارسة مختلف الأنشطة الطلابية التي تنمي قيمة العدل.
This study aimed to know what the moral values in educational thought in general, and in the educational thought of the Islamic, in particular, and to identify the role of student activities in the development of certain moral values, and reveal the views of teachers about the student activities in turn, according to specialization and expertise, and to identify the obstacles that the challenge of student activities, in turn, provide the most important recommendations for activating the role of student activities in the development of certain moral values among students in secondary school. The researcher used in this study, descriptive method, and study population consists of all teachers of public secondary schools of government (diurnal) of the Ministry of Education in Riyadh,'s (3564 teachers) in the (110) a government school in Riyadh. Were taking a sample of teachers (420) teacher representing 12.2% of the original study population have returned them after the distribution (404), ie that the total losses of the questionnaires (16) to identify. And the study found the number of results, including the following: 1. Results concerning the role of student activity in the development of some of the values: Stated in the introduction to the roles played by student activities for the development of some of the values: 1 - in that it provides excellent examples of cultural activity in upholding the value of honesty arithmetic average (4.80) and a standard deviation (0.54). 2 - the implementation of group programs in physical activity by students to raise the value of humility, arithmetic average (4.36) and a standard deviation (0.71). 3 - The group of scientific activity is to clarify the value of patience and verses mentioned in conversations Almargbh, arithmetic average (4.59) and a standard deviation (0.73). Results related to constraints that limit the activity of the student role in the development of certain values : Came on top of the obstacles that limit the activities of the student role in the development of certain values: 1 - there is no evidence of the activities help teachers to learn techniques of the development value of honesty, arithmetic average of 4.62 and a standard deviation (0.69). 2 - Based on the belief of some activities, the feasibility of twice the effort for the development of the value of humility arithmetic average (4.55) and a standard deviation (0.85). Arithmetic average of (3.49) and a standard deviation (1.12). 3 - the negative impact of what some of the broadcast media on the value of patience arithmetic average (4.58) and a standard deviation (0.79). In light of the results reached by the researcher recommends including the following: 1. Issuance of a procedural manual for assistant teachers in the development of the value of honesty. 2. Teachers' awareness of the importance of their role in the development of the students the value of humility. 3. The establishment of courses for those in charge of student activities which contribute sufficiently to the development of the value of patience with the students. 4. Support for research and specialized studies in the value of the Secretariat. 5. To provide appropriate educational environments in schools equipped with all necessary equipment; for exercising the various student activities that develop the value of justice.
