المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي التعرف على العلاقة بين المبادأة ودافعية الإتقان لدى طلبة الجامعة، وما يتضمنه ذلك بالتعرف على مستويات كل من (المبادأة، دافعية الإتقان) استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، تكون مجتمع البحث من طلبة كلية التربية الأساسية حيث بلغ حجم المجتمع الكلي (6973) موزعين على (15) قسم بواقع (12) قسم إنساني و(3) أقسام علمية، وكان مجموع الطلبة بكل أقسام الكلية العلمية والإنسانية (3372) ذكور و(3601) إناث، إذ بلغ عدد الذكور من التخصص الإنساني (2902) والإناث من التخصص نفسه (2901)، وبلغ عدد الذكور في التخصص العلمي (470) والإناث (700)، سحبت عينة طبقية عشوائية بلغت (400) طالب وطالبة موزعين حسب الجنس والتخصص والمرحلة الدراسية، تبنت الباحثة مقياس المبادأة وفق نظرية ماكيلاند، وبنت مقياس دافعية الإتقان واستخرجت لهم الخصائص السيكولوجية اللازمة. وبينت نتائج البحث هناك دلالة إحصائية لمستوى المبادأة لدى طلبة الجامعة ولصالح متوسط العينة وكذلك هناك فروق بين الذكور والإناث بمستوى المبادأة ولصالح الإناث، وبينت أيضا نتائج وجود دلالة إحصائية لمستوى دافعية الإتقان لدى طلبة الجامعة ولصالح متوسط العينة، وكذلك وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الذكور والإناث في الدافعية ولمصلحة الإناث وهناك علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائية بين المبادأة ودافعية الإتقان. وأوصت الباحثة بعض التوصيات هي:- 1- دراسة العوامل المؤثرة في المبادأة مثل توجه الطالب نحو اتخاذ القرار، وتوفر روح القيادة والدافعية والمسؤولية. 2- توفير الأجواء المناسبة لضمان استقرار الجامعة وخاصة فيما يتعلق بالطلبة، أذ أن ذلك بعد من العوامل المهمة في ضمان توفر دافعية الإتقان لديهم. 3- توسيع قاعدة المشاركة في عملية أتخاذ القرار في الجامعة بحيث تشارك فيه المؤسسات التعليمية ومراكز البحوث ورجال الأعمال والمهتمين بالشأن. وكذلك اقترحت الباحثة بإقامة بعض الدراسات منها:- 1- المبادأة وعلاقتها بدافعية الإتقان لدى طلبة الدراسة الإعدادية. 2- المبادأة وعلاقتها بإدارة الوقت لدى طلبة الجامعة. 3- إجراء دراسة مماثلة للدراسة الحالية ولكن على مستوى المنطقة الوسطى في العراق.

The goal Current research to identify the relationship between proactive and motivated workman ship with the university students and the promise by identifying the levels of each of ( Proactive, Motivated work- ship ) the researcher used the descriptive method correlative .The Total size of the community (6973) spread on (15) department of (12) humanitarian department and (3) scientific department , and the total number of students in science and humanitarian College (3372) males and (3601) Females reaching male number of specialized humanitarian (2902) and females of the same specialized (2901), and the reached the male number of scientific specialized (470) and female (700) pulled stratified random sample of (400) students distributors by gender, specialization and grade. girl researcher standard proactive according to McClelland's to the theory, an adopled to the motivation of work man ship scale according to the theory .and extracted Alseko umtrah the necessary characteristics- and showed the search results there are statistically significant to the level of flst- among University students and in favor of the sample mean, and also there are difference between males and females the level of first- in favor of females and also indicated the results and theveis, statistically significant to the level of motivation work man ship among university students and in favor of the sample mean and also no statistically significant differences between the males and females in the motivation and the interest of the female and there is a correlation positive statistically signify cant between proactive and relationship Researcher some possible recommendations are 1- study of factors affecting the first- such as student oriented decision- Making and provide leadership and motivation and responsibility 2- provide the appropriate atmosphere to ensure the stability Gamaho khash with respect to students , as this as in one of the important factors in ensuring that they have the motivation work man ship. 3- Broaden the base of participation in the decision- making process at the university so that the participation of educational institution and research center, businessmen and those concerned- As-well as the proposed establishment of some studies including: 1- proactive motivation and its relationship with the work man ship to the junior high school students. 2- First- time management and its relationship with the university students 3- Carry out a similar study of current study, but at the level of the central region in Iraq.
