المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى دراسة فاعلية وحدة دراسية مقترحة في الاقتصاد المنزلي قائمة على أبعاد التربية القيادية لتنمية مهارات قيادة التغيير وجودة الحياة لطالبات المرحلة الإعدادية، تكونت عينة البحث من (30) طالبة بالمجموعة التجريبية واستخدم البحث المنهج شبة التجريبي باستخدام المجموعة الواحدة واستخدام القياس القبلي والبعدي لأدوات البحث الذات المجموعة حيث اشتملت أدوات البحث على اختبار مواقف مهارات قيادة التغيير وتتضمن محورين: هما محور مهارات قيادة التغيير على المستوي الشخصي تمثل في مهارة (إدارة التغيير الشخصي - حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات)، ومحور قيادة التغيير على المستوي الاجتماعي تمثل في مهارة (العمل كفريق - إدارة الصراع والتفاوض)، ومقياس جودة الحياة، كما تم التأكد من صدق وثبات الأدوات قبل التطبيق، وأوضحت نتائج البحث ما يلى: وجود فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسط درجات طالبات عينة البحث في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لمقياس مهارات قيادة التغيير لصالح التطبيق البعدي، كما أوضحت النتائج وجود حجم تأثير كبير في تنمية مهارات قيادة التغيير لدى طالبات عينة البحث، ووجود فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسط درجات طالبات المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لمقياس جودة الحياة لصالح التطبيق البعدي، كما أوضحت النتائج وجود حجم تأثير كبير في تحسين جودة الحياة لدى طالبات عينة البحث. ووجود علاقة ارتباطيه طردية موجب ودالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلاله (0.01) بين تنمية مهارات قيادة التغيير وتحسين جودة الحياة لدى طالبات عينة البحث، وفي ضوء ما كشفت عنه نتائج البحث تم وضع عدد من التوصيات أهمها، إثراء محتوي مقررات الاقتصاد المنزلي بالمفاهيم والمعارف والمعلومات المرتبطة بالتربية القيادية، وتطوير محتوى مقررات الاقتصاد المنزلي بما يسمح بتنمية مهارات قيادة التغيير في جميع المجالات.

The present research aims to study the effectiveness of a proposed unit in the Home Economy based on the dimensions of leadership education to develop the Change Leadership Skills and quality of life for the students of the preparatory stage. The sample consisted of 30 students in the experimental group. The research uses semi-experimental method using one group and the use of the pre and post measurement of research instruments included the testing of the attitudes of the Change Leadership Skills and includes two axes: the focus of addressing the Change Leadership Skill at the personal level was the skill (personal change management - problem solving and decision making) The focus of dealing with the leadership of change at the social level was the skill of (work as a team - conflict management and negotiation) and the quality of life standard, and the validity and stability of the tools before application. The results of the research were as follows: There was a statistically significant difference between the average score of the students of the research sample in the pre and post application of the change leadership skills scale for the post-application. The results also showed a significant effect on the development of the leadership skills of the students in the research sample, The results of the experimental group in the pre application and the quality of life for the application of the dimension, and the results showed a significant impact on the quality of life of the students of the research sample. There is of a positive correlation relationship and statistical significance at the level of (0.01) between the development of Change Leadership Skills and improving the quality of life among the students of the research sample. In light of the findings of the research, a number of recommendations were made, the most important of which was the enrichment of the contents of the Home Economics courses with concepts, knowledge and information related to Leadership education, and the development of the contents of Home Economics courses to allow the development of Change Leadership Skills in all fields.
