|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الإجراءات الممارسة من قبل فريق متعدد التخصصات بمعاهد التربية الفكرية في المملكة العربية السعودية من منظور الدليل التنظيمي للتربية الخاصة المطبقة في ميدان التربية الخاصة في ضوء بعض المتغيرات: (المنطقة الإدارية، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة)، وكذلك التعرف على معوقات عمل فريق متعدد التخصصات لتحديد أهلية التلاميذ في تلقي خدمات التربية الخاصة. وتضمنت عينة الدراسة من (212) عضوا العاملين في معاهد التربية الفكرية بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة: أن من بين أهم الإجراءات الممارسة أن لدى فريق العمل فهما والتزاما بإجراءات القبول والأهلية كما حددها الدليل التنظيمي للتربية الخاصة. أن من أكثر المعوقات الإجرائية الممارسة قيام الأسرة بتزييف الاستجابات فيا يخص قدرات التلميذ في المقابلة الأسرية، وأنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية باختلاف متغير المؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة.

|b This study aimed at knowing the fact of procedures exercised from multi-disciplinary team at intellectual education institutes in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the light of the regulatory guide for special education applied on field of special education in the light of some of variables (administrative region, academic qualification, experiences years) and thus knowing the obstacles of multi-disciplinary team in determining the eligibility of children to receive special education services. The study was used the descriptive methodology, sample of study was (212) members who are working on intellectual education institutes in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia , And The results of study showed: That one of the most important procedural procedures is that the working group has an understanding and commitment to admission and eligibility procedures as defined by the Organizational Guide for Special Education. One of the most procedural obstacles is that the family falsifies the responses regarding the student's abilities in the family interview, and that there are no statistically significant differences according to the variable , Years of experience.
