المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية عن الكشف عن مستوى مهارات التفكير الإبداعي ( الطلاقة– الأصالة– المرونة- الإفاضة - الجدة – الحساسية للمشكلات) "لدى الطلبة الموهوبين الموهوبين ذوي التحصيل المرتفع في المدارس العادية في مدينة الباحة في المدارس العادية في مدينة الباحة من وجهة نظر معلميهم تعزي لمتغير الجنس، سنوات الخبرة، والتخصص الأكاديمي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (106) معلم ومعلمة للطلبة الموهوبين والطلبة ذوي التحصيل المرتفع، وصمم الباحث استبانة مكونة من (50) فقرة لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن الطلبة الموهوبين في المدارس الخاصة والطلبة ذوي التحصيل المرتفع يمتلكوا مهارات التفكير الابداعي بشكل مرتفع، وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة على التفكير الإبداعي لدى الطلبة ذوي التحصيل المرتفع لصالح متغير الجنس، لم تكن هناك أي فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التفكير الابداعي لصالح المتغيرات الأخرى، وفي ضوء هذه النتائج أوصت الدراسة عدد من التوصيات كان من أهمها ضرورة التركيز على مهارات التفكير الإبداعي لدى جميع الطلبة وخاصة الطلبة الموهوبين والطلبة المتفوقين في جميع المراحل التعليمية، وأهمية تكاثف الجهود من قبل وزارة التعليم، الإدارة المدرسية، والمعلمين من أجل الاهتمام بفئة الطلبة الموهوبين والطلبة المتفوقين للوقوف على حاجاتهم وتنمية قدراتهم ومهاراتهم من خلال برامج إبداعية وإثرائية تتناسب مع مراحلهم العمرية المختلفة.

The study aimed to assess the creative thinking skills among gifted students in special programs and high achiever students in regular schools in AlBaha city from their teachers’ perspectives. It also aims to find out any statistical significant differences in the creative thinking skills for gifted students and high achiever students from the teachers’ perspective due to gender, work experience, and academic specialization. The study sample consisted of 106 teachers of gifted students and of high achiever students. The researcher designed a questionnaire consisting of (50) items to achieve the objectives of the study. The findings of the study revealed that both gifted students and high-achieving students possessed high creative thinking skills and that the mean score of problem sensitivity as one of the thinking skills was the highest among other thinking skills. The study also showed that there were statistically significant differences related to work experience at the level of (a (0.05) in the responses of the study sample to the creative thinking skills of gifted students and related to gender in the responses of the sample of the study to the creative thinking skills among high achiever students. However, there were no statistically significant differences in the creative thinking skills attributed to other variables. In light of these results, the study suggested a number of recommendations and the most important of these was: the need to focus on creative thinking skills for all students, especially gifted students and high achiever students, at all educational levels; the importance of intensified efforts of the Ministry of Education and school administration to support gifted students and high achiever students and to develop their abilities and skills through innovative and enrichment programs that suit the different age groups.
