|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التحقق من مدى وعي معلمات المرحلة الابتدائية بثقافة جودة التعليم وتطبيقاتها التربوية والتعرف على متطلبات تطبيق جودة التعليم لدى معلمات المرحلة الابتدائية، وكذلك الكشف عن معوقات تطبيق جودة التعليم من وجهة نظر معلمات المرحلة الابتدائية، وتقديم مقترحات تساهم في التغلب على معوقات تطبيق جودة التعليم لدى معلمات المرحلة الابتدائية. اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي المسحي، إذ تم اختيار عينة عشوائية عنقودية، بلغت نسبتها (1377) معلمة، وهي عينة ممثلة لمجتمع معلمات المرحلة الابتدائية بالمدارس الحكومية العامة بمدينة الرياض، والبالغ عددهن (13768) معلمة. حيث استخدمت الدراسة أداة الاستبانة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات حول هذه الدراسة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها: إن أفراد عينة الدراسة من معلمات المرحلة الابتدائية بمدينة الرياض يوافقن على عبارات: مدى وعي معلمات المرحلة الابتدائية بثقافة جودة التعليم وتطبيقاتها التربوية التي وردت في هذه الدراسة، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي العام (4.22) ومنها: "تنفذ المعلمة أهداف المقرر الدراسي باستخدام الإمكانيات والموارد المتاحة، وتوظف المعلمة الوسائل التعليمية الحديثة في التدريس. "أن أفراد عينة الدراسة من معلمات المرحلة الابتدائية بمدينة الرياض يوافقن على عبارات متطلبات تطبيق جودة التعليم لدى معلمات المرحلة الابتدائية التي وردت في هذه الدراسة، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي العام (3.59)، وفي مقدمتها: "تمارس المعلمة مع التلميذات طرق تفكير متنوعة، وتشجع القائدة منسوبات المدرسة على السعي المستمر لتطوير مهاراتهن." أفراد عينة الدراسة من معلمات المرحلة الابتدائية بمدينة الرياض يوافقن على عبارات معوقات تطبيق جودة التعليم من وجهة نظر معلمات المرحلة الابتدائية التي وردت في هذه الدراسة، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي العام (3.72)، ومنها: "مساحة الفصول لا تتناسب مع عدد الطالبات (الكثافة الطلابية)"، "وتدني مستوى الرضا الوظيفي لدى المعلمات. "أفراد عينة الدراسة من معلمات المرحلة الابتدائية بمدينة الرياض يوافقن على عبارات المقترحات التي تساهم في التغلب على معوقات تطبيق جودة التعليم لدى معلمات المرحلة الابتدائية التي وردت في هذه الدراسة، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي العام (4.26)، وفي مقدمتها: "تخفيف الأعباء المطلوب تنفيذها من المعلمة كالمناوبة الصباحية والمسائية"، "وتخفيض نصاب الحصص للمعلمات".

|b The study aimed at investigating the extent of Elementary Stage Teachers Awareness of the Culture of Education Quality and Its Applications, determining the requirements of educational quality application among primary stage female teachers, detecting the obstacles to the application of quality education from the point of view of primary stage female teachers, and providing a contributing propositions in overcoming those obstacles. The study used the descriptive survey method and a cluster random sample was chosen and it consisted of (1377) female teachers and this sample represented the population of primary stage female teachers in public schools in Riyadh, who reached (13768) female teachers. The study used the questionnaire tool to collect data and information regarding this study. The study concluded many results including: - The members of the study sample of the primary stage female teachers in Riyadh agree with the sentences of the awareness of the primary stage female teachers of the culture of quality education mentioned in this study with a general arithmetic mean of (4.22), including: “The teacher implements the objectives of the course using the available resources, and The teacher employs modern teaching aids”. The members of the study sample of the primary stage female teachers in Riyadh agree with the sentences of the requirements of the application of quality education among primary stage female teachers mentioned in this study with a general arithmetic mean of (3.59), including: “The teacher carries out different ways of thinking with the female students.”, and “The leader encourages the school staff to continuous seeking to develop their skills”. - The members of the study sample of the primary stage female teachers in Riyadh agree with the sentences of the obstacles to the application of quality education from the point of view of primary stage female teachers mentioned in this study with a general arithmetic mean of (3.72), including: “The size of the classrooms does not match with the number of female students (the student density)” and “The low level of job satisfaction among female teachers ”.The members of the study sample of the primary stage female teachers in Riyadh agree with the sentences of providing a contributing propositions in overcoming the obstacles of quality education among primary stage female teachers mentioned in this study with a general arithmetic mean of (4.26), including: “To reducing the burdens required to be implemented from the female teacher, such as the morning and evening shift, and reducing the quorum quota of classes for the female teachers”.
