|b The aim of this study is to highlight the impact of human resources development strategies in improving the performance of the professor at the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at the University of Bordj Bou Arreridj. We distributed 50 questionnaire forms, 36 of which were valid for statistical processing. The study concluded that the level of human resource development strategies is low in the institution of study, while the teachers' evaluation of their level of performance, whether research or teaching or their role towards the society is high. The study also concluded that human resource development strategies contribute to (14.3-7.9-2.5%) respectively in improving the teaching performance of the study sample members and their service to the community.

|a تهدف هاته الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر استراتيجيات تنمية الموارد البشرية في تحسين أداء الأستاذ الجامعي بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة برج بوعريريج، حيث قمنا بتوزيع 50 استمارة استبيان وكانت 36 منها صالحة للمعالجة الإحصائية. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى استراتيجيات تنمية الموارد البشرية منخفض بمؤسسة الدراسة، في حين جاء تقييم الأساتذة لمستوى أداتهم سواء البحثي أو التدريسي أو دورهم اتجاه مجتمعهم مرتفع. كما خلصت الدراسة إلى أن استراتيجيات تنمية الموارد البشرية تساهم بما نسبته (14.3-7.9-2.5) % على التوالي في تحسين الأداء التدريسي، البحثي لأفراد عينة الدراسة وخدمتهم للمجتمع.
