المستخلص: تعددت وتنوعت الانماط والممارسات القيادية على مر العصور ابتداء من القيادة الدينية التي مورست مع بداية الرسالات السماوية ووصولا إلى القيادة الخادمة والنرجسية والتحويلية وغيرها، وأصبحت القيادة من الضروريات اللازمة لبناء أي مجتمع اذا كانت هذه القيادة ذات توجه إيجابي وبناء والهدف منها هو بناء الانسانية والتوجه بها نحو الخلاص من الظلم والجور عندما تتوافر اركان العدالة القيادية من قبل القائد واستخدام الممارسات والانماط الملائمة لحل أي معضلة ممكن ان تواجه القائد أو المجتمع، ومن هذه الانماط القيادية ظهر مفهوم القيادة الكارزماتية وهذا المصطلح أصلا مأخوذ من اللغة اللاتينية Charisma والذي يعني الموهبة وفن استخدامها في إدارة الجمهور والانصياع الشمولي للقائد الكارزماتي من قبل المرؤوسين.
وهذه الموهبة تتكامل مع المقدرات الخارقة وغير الطبيعية التي تتشكل في شخصية القائد وتنعكس على القدرة الذاتية والاقناعية لقيادة شريحة واسعة من المجتمع ويمكن أن يسري مفعولها لأجيال متعددة فضلا عن لديها القدرة في الغوص بتصورات الفرد وجعل الجمهور منقادين وأسرى لسحر هذه الشخصية وقوتها الشرعية والإقناعية في الاتباع، لذا هذا النمط القيادي وغيره من الأنماط القيادية الأخرى مورست من قبل القادة الشموليين الذين تمكنوا من تطبيقه ميدانياً وعلى شرائح متعددة من المجتمع، وفي دراستنا هذه سيتم التطرق الى القيادة الكارزماتية وممارستها في توجه وفكر الامام محمد الباقر عليه السلام لمعرفة أبعادها الأساسية التي تم التركيز عليها في قيادة المجتمع نحو الخلاص وتطبيق العدالة القيادية لبناء مجتمع مستدام من خلال القائد الكاريزما وما هو مدى توافر القدرة في صناعة المستقبل والتنبؤ برؤيته وقادر على تخطي الصعاب والمشاكل التي يمكن أن تسهم بتدهور وتخلف المجتمع.
من خلال دراستنا هذه سيتم تسليط الضوء على هذا النمط القيادي وكيف تم تطبيقه من لدن الامام محمد الباقر عليه السلام في المجتمع الذي عاش فيه رغم المضايقات والمتابعة الامنية من السلطة الحاكمة آنذاك وأصبحت هذه القيادة أنموذج دائمي يتسم بالاستدامة للأجيال السابقة والقادمة.


Leadership styles and practices have varied, and diverse throughout the ages, starting from the religious leadership practiced with the beginning of the divine messages to the servant, narcissistic and transformative leadership, and others. Leadership has become essential to build any society if this leadership is positive and constructive. Its goal is to build humanity and direct it towards salvation from injustice and oppression when the elements of leadership justice are available by the leader and the use of appropriate practices and patterns to solve any dilemma that may confront the leader or the society. From these leadership styles emerged the concept of charismatic leadership. This term is originally taken from the Latin language charisma, which means talent and the art of its use in managing the public and total submission to the charismatic leader by subordinates.
This talent integrates with the extraordinary and supernatural abilities that are formed in the personality of the leader and are reflected in the self and persuasive ability to lead a large segment of society and can be effective for multiple generations as well as it has the ability to delve into the perceptions of the individual and make the audience submissive and captive to the charm of this character and its legitimate and persuasive power to follow. Therefore, this leadership style and other leadership styles were practiced by totalitarian leaders who were able to apply it on the ground and multiple segments of society. In our study, this charismatic leadership and its practice in the movement and thought of Imam Muhammad al-Baqer, peace be upon him, will be addressed to know its basic dimensions that were emphasized in leading society towards salvation and applying leadership justice to build a sustainable society through the charismatic leader and what is the extent of the ability to create the future and predict his vision and is able to overcome the difficulties and problems that may contribute to the deterioration and backwardness of the society.
Through our study, light will be shed on this leadership style. How Imam Muhammad al-Baqir applied it, peace be upon him, in the society in which he lived despite the harassment and security follow-up from the ruling authority at the time. This leadership became a permanent model that is sustainable for past and future generations.
