|a تعتبر الثقافة التنظيمية من بين أهم المتغيرات التي تم البحث فيها في السنوات الأخيرة، لما لها من أثر كبير على الكثير من المتغيرات الأخرى التي تحدد كم وكيف مخرجات المؤسسة. وفي الدراسة الراهنة سيتم التعامل مع الثقافة التنظيمية كمتغير تابع، يخضع لتأثر عدد من المحددات الأخرى، والتي اخترنا منها المحددات الشخصية (العمر، الجنس، المستوى التعليمي) والتنظيمية (الأقدمية، المستوى التنظيمي، الانتماء للنقابة). وقد هدفت إلى: - ضبط أبعاد الثقافة التنظيمية من خلال الاطلاع على التراث النظري. - اختبار مقياس اتجاهات لمتغير الثقافة التنظيمية وحساب خصائصه السيكومترية. - التعرف على محددات الثقافة التنظيمية في المؤسسة المينائية بسكيكدة.

|b Organizational culture is one of the most important variables that have been researched in recent years, because of its significant impact on many other variables that determine the outputs of the institution. In the current study, the organizational culture will be treated as a dependent variable, subject to the influence of a number of other determinants, from which we chose the personal determinants (age, sex, educational level) and organizational (seniority, organizational level, membership of the syndicate). This study aimed to: - Adjust the dimensions of organizational culture through access to the theoretical heritage on the subject. - Test the scale of trends of the organizational culture variable and calculate its psychometric properties. - Identify the determinants of organizational culture in the port institution of Skikda.
