|a هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة امتلاك أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية بمرحلة التعليم الثانوي للكفايات التعليمية الأدائية من وجهة نظرهم، حيث تم استعمال المنهج الوصفي، أما عينة الدراسة فتكونت من (100) أستاذ طبق عليهم استبيان للكشف عن درجة امتلاكهم للكفايات التعليمية الأدائية، وقد تكون الاستبيان في صورته النهائية من (46) عبارة تمثل (03) أبعاد أساسية (كفايات التخطيط، كفايات التنفيذ، كفايات التقويم). وقد تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: 1- يمتلك أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية مستويات عالية من كفايات التخطيط. 2- يمتلك أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية مستويات عالية من كفايات التنفيذ. 3- يمتلك أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية مستويات متوسطة من كفايات التقويم.

|b The study aimed at revealing the degree of possession of the teachers of physical education and sports at the secondary education level of the educational performance competencies from their point of view, When the descriptive method was used, and the sample of the study consisted of (100) professors applied a questionnaire to reveal the degree of their possession of educational performance, The questionnaire may be finalized in 46 words representing (03) key dimensions (planning competencies, implementation competencies, calendar competencies). The following results were obtained: 1. Teachers of physical education and sports possess high levels of planning competence. 2. Teachers of physical education and sports have high levels of implementation competencies. 3- Teachers of physical education and sports have medium levels of competence assessment.

|d Le but majeur de cette étude est de révéler le degré de possession des enseignants de l’éducation physique et sportive à la performance des compétences éducatives, de leur point de vue au niveau l’enseignement secondaire. La méthode descriptive était utilisée, l’échantillon de l’étude consistait (100) professeurs qui avaient appliqués un questionnaire pour révéler le degré de possession de la performance de compétences éducatives, le questionnaire dans sa version finale est composé de (46) phrases qui représentent les trois (03) dimensions de base (compétences de planification, compétences de mise en œuvre, compétences d'évaluation). Les résultats suivants ont été obtenus: 1. Les professeurs de l'éducation physique et de sportive possèdent des compétences élevées en matière de planification. 2. Les enseignants de l'éducation physique et de sportive ont de hauts niveaux de compétences en matière de mise en œuvre. 3- Les professeurs de l’éducation physique et de sportive ont des niveaux moyen d’évaluation des compétences.
