|a تعد استراتيجيات إدارة التغيير أحد أهم مجالات اهتمامات الخبراء والممارسين المختصين لمنظمات الأعمال خلال الآونة الأخيرة، وحيث تواجه الجامعات -على اختلاف أنواعها إحجامها ومهامها-تحدياً مشتركا يتمثل في حاجتها لتحسين مستوى أدائها حتى يتسنى لها التأقلم مع متطلبات التغير السريع. وقد هدف البحث إلى دراسة طبيعة العلاقة بين استراتيجيات إدارة التغيير وبين الأداء الوظيفي بالتطبيق على جامعتي القاهرة وحلوان. وتوصل البحث إلي وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين جميع عناصر استراتيجيات إدارة التغيير وبين الأداء الوظيفي، بمعني أنه كلما زاد الاعتماد على استراتيجيات إدارة التغيير، كلما أدي إلي تحسين مستوي الأداء الوظيفي في الجامعات المصرية.

|b Change management strategies have been one of the most important areas of concern for business experts and practitioners in recent times, and universities - of all types, sizes and missions - face the common challenge of having to improve their performance so they can cope with the demands of rapid change. The aim of this research is to study the nature of the relationship between change management strategies and job performance by applying to Cairo and Helwan Universities. The research found that there is a statistically significant relationship between all elements of change management strategies and job performance, meaning that the more reliance on change management strategies, the better the level of job performance in Egyptian universities.
