المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة مساهمة جهاز الوصايا بمكوناته في تحقيق جودة التعليم الجامعي نظام، ل. م. د من وجهة نظر الأساتذة. وقد اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي، على عينة من 20 أستاذا بقسم علم النفس، بجامعة المسيلة، خلال السداسي الأول 2016/2017. وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في استبانة استطلاعية من ستة جوانب. وبعد استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة؛ توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: احتل الجانب البيداغوجي الرتبة الأولى، الجانب الإعلامي الثانية، الجانب المنهجي الثالثة، الجانب النفسي الرابعة، الجانب المهني الخامسة، واحتل الجانب التقني المرتبة الأخيرة.

The purpose of this study is to identify the contribution’s degree of the "commandments" system, to reach the quality of the LMD system; we followed the descriptive approach with 20 teachers in M'sila University during of the 2016/2017 year. The study revealed the following results: The pedagogical component obtained the first rank, the information obtained the second, the methodological aspect in the third, the psychological fourth, the professional fifth, the technical side in sixth.

Le but de cette étude est d'identifier le degré de contribution du système «des commandements», pour atteindre la qualité du système LMD; Nous avons suivi l'approche descriptive sur 20 enseignants, à l'université de M'sila au cours de l’année 2016/2017. l’étude a révélé les résultats suivants: Le volet pédagogique a obtenu le premier rang, celui information a obtenu le deuxième, l’aspect méthodologique au troisième, le psychologique au quatrième, le professionnel au cinquième, le côté technique au sixième rang.
