The current research aims at building attaining program for the student/teacher (in the specialization of kindergartens), based on linguistic games, to develop the linguistic skills for the kindegarten child. Such program is divided into (a group of lectures and training workshops) which helps the student/teachers- the sample of the research -lto get sufficient information about the importance of playing in this stage, childhood, and using it to invent the best games according to the conditions and char acteristics which fulfill the child's desire and develop many skills especially the four language skills (listening -speaking - writing - reading), this is because language is the basis of learning process and it resembles knowledge container in which all different fields of science and knowledge are poured. By this, the child grows up with knowledge and behavior, which in turn are the billars of building a child's personality according to the school behavior point of view in learning. The research relies on the semi-experimental approach with one group for the pragmatic application of the program by using the pre and the post measures of the linguistic games test and the Note Card (the tools of the research). From the most eminent results of the kindergartens research, is the training program for the studentfteacher in efficiency of the kindergartens, and its positive effect in stimulating them for inventing linguistic games to develop language skills as well as giving interest in the different attractive activities that develop the child’s language. Accordingly, this research recommends the necessity of benefiting the student-teachers in indergartens as well as the teachers who are really working at schools from the research results. Also by training the student teachers continuously on how to invent and produce new ideas for linguistic skills inside the kindergarten classes and organize training courses for the teachers about linguistic games and developing linguistic skills. For this reason, we hope that the current results of the research develop the linguistic skills in a way that enables the kindegarten child to continue learning in love that continues with him in the rest of the learning stages by depending on a strong basis taken from the nature of the stage which is the linguistic games which are adored by the child since little age till maturity. Whowever from US' today, despite his age, didn't try for some time to solve puzzles and cross-words for fun! In real, playing helps develop the continuous growth of linguistic skills in an agreeable way for the young and the adults.
هدف البحث الحالي إلى بناء برنامج تدريبي للطالبة/المعلمة "تخصص رياض الأطفال" قائم على الألعاب اللغوية لتنمية مهارات اللغة لدي طفل الروضة، وهذا البرنـامج ينقسم إلى: (مجموعة من المحاضرات، وورش العمل التدريبية)، التي ساعدت الطالبات/المعلمات عينة البحث في الحصول على المعلومات والمعارف الكافية عن أهمية اللعب في هذه المرحلـة، وتوظيفها لابتكار أفضل الألعاب وفقا للشروط والمواصفات التي شبع احتياجات الطفل وتنمي العديد من المهارات وخاصة مهارات اللغة الأربع (الاستماع - التحدث - القراءة – الكتابة)، وذلك لأن اللغة أساس عملية التعلم وهي بمثابة وعاء الفكر الذي تصب فيه شتي مجالات العلم والمعرفة لينضح بالخبرة والسلوك والثقافة، وهما دعائم بناء شخصية الطفل وفقا لوجهة نظر المدرسة السلوكية في التعلم. وقد أعتمد البحث على المنهج شبه التجريبي ذو المجموعة الواحدة فـي التطبيق العملـي للبرنامج، وذلك باستخدام القياسين القبلي والبعدي لاختبار الألعاب اللغوية، وبطاقة الملاحظة (أدوات البحث)، وكان من أبرز نتائج البحث فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي للطالبات/المعلمات برياض الأطفال وأثره الإيجابي بتحفيزهن على ابتكار ألعاب لغوية لتنمية مهارات اللغة، إضافة إلى الاهتمام بالوسائل الجذابة والأنشطة المختطفة التي تنمي لغة الطفل. وقد أوصي البحث بضرورة إفادة الطالبات/ المعلمات برياض الأطفال وكذلك المعلمات التـي يعملن بالفعل من نتائج الدراسات البحثية، وتدريبهن باستمرار على كيفية ابتكار وإنتاج أفكار جديدة لألعاب لغوية داخل الروضة، وتنظيم دورات تدريبية للمعلمات حول الألعاب اللغوية وتنمية مهارات اللغة. لذلك نأمل أن تسهم نتائج البحث الحالي في تنمية مهارات اللغة بشكل يمكن طفل الروضة من مواصلة عملية التعلم بحب يستمر معه في جميع مراحل التعلم، وذلك لاعتمادنا على أساس قوي مستمد من طبيعة المرحلة، وهو الألعاب اللغوية التي يظل الطفل شغوفا بها مند الصغر. وحتي الكبر، فمن منا اليوم، وفي مختلف مراحله العمرية لم يحاول من آن لآخر حل الألغاز والفوازير والكلمات المتقاطعة من أجل التسلية! ولكنها في جوهرها تعمل على النمو المستمر للمهارات اللغوية؛ ولكن بشكل محبب لدي الصغار والكبار وذلك عن طريق اللعب.
