تسعى الباحثة من خلال هذا البحث إلى تحديد مستوى القيادة النسائية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التمريض بالمستشفيات التعليمية بجمهورية مصر العربية، تحديد مستوى الذكاء الروحي لهم، تحديد نوع وقوة العلاقة بين القيادة النسائية بأبعادها المختلفة ومستوى الذكاء الروحي لأعضاء هيئة التمريض بالمستشفيات التعليمية بجمهورية مصر العربية، وتقديم مجموعة من التوصيات لقادة المستشفيات التعليمية بجمهورية مصر العربية تساعدهم في تدعيم الذكاء الروحي لأعضاء هيئة التمريض. ولتحقيق ذلك تم الاعتماد على قائمة الاستقصاء لجمع البيانات الأولية باستخدام عينة قوامها 356 مفردة من أعضاء هيئة التمريض بالمستشفيات التعليمية بجمهورية مصر العربية وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود اختلافات ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إدراكات أعضاء هيئة التمريض بالمستشفيات التعليمية بجمهورية مصر العربية نحو واقع القيادة النسائية مأخوذة بشكل إجمالي ونحو كل متغير من متغيراتها (التعاطف، التعاون، الصبر، البداهة، رباطة الجأش) على حده، وذلك باختلاف المتغيرات الديموجرافية (النوع، السن، المؤهل العلمي)، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن واقع تطبيق القيادة النسائية كانت متوسطة ومرتفعة على المستوى الإجمالي وبالنسبة لكل بعد من أبعادها على حدة، ووجود اختلافات ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مستوى الذكاء الروحي وفقا لإدراكات أعضاء هيئة التمريض بالمستشفيات التعليمية بجمهورية مصر العربية مأخوذا بشكل إجمالي، ونحو كل متغير من متغيراته (التفكير النقدي، إنتاج المعنى الشخصي، الوعي المتسامي، الوعي الشامل) على حده، وذلك باختلاف المتغيرات الديموجرافية (النوع، السن، المؤهل العلمي)، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود ارتباط إيجابي قوي ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أبعاد القيادة النسائية مجتمعة ومنفردة وأبعاد الذكاء الروحي مجتمعة ومنفردة. ووضعت الباحثة مجموعة من التوصيات التي تتعلق بتدعيم مستوى الذكاء الروحي، والقيادة النسائية، وكيفية استخدام القيادة النسائية في تدعيم الذكاء الروحي.
The researcher seeks through this research to determine the level of women's leadership from the viewpoint of members of the nursing staff in teaching hospitals in the Arab Republic of Egypt, determine the level of spiritual intelligence for members of the nursing staff in teaching hospitals in the Arab Republic of Egypt, determine the type and strength of the relationship between women's leadership in its various dimensions the level of spiritual intelligence of members of the body Nursing in teaching hospitals in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and to provide a set of recommendations for leaders of teaching hospitals in the Arab Republic of Egypt to help them support the spiritual intelligence of members of the nursing staff. To achieve this, the survey list was used to collect primary data using a sample of 356 individual members of the Nursing Staff in teaching Hospitals in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the results showed that there are statistically significant differences between the members of the Nursing Staff in the teaching Hospitals in the Arab Republic of Egypt towards the reality of women leadership taken in a total And about each of its variables (sympathy, cooperation, patience, intuition, composure) separately, according to the different demographic variables (gender, age, educational qualification), and the study also found that the reality of the application of women's leadership was Intermediate and high on the total level and for each of its dimensions separately, and the presence of statistically significant differences between the level of spiritual intelligence according to the perceptions of the members of the Nursing Staff in the teaching hospitals in the Arab Republic of Egypt taken in total, and towards each of its variables (critical thinking, production of personal meaning, awareness The transcendent, comprehensive awareness) on its own, according to the different demographic variables (gender, age, educational qualification), and the study also found a very strong statistically positive correlation between the dimensions of women leadership combined and individually and the dimensions of spiritual intelligence combined and individually.
