لعل السمة الأساسية المميزة للإسلام هي شموليته لكافة أبعاد الحياة الإنسانية، وإلي جانب شموليته جاء الإسلام دينا كاملا لهداية البشرية، فأعلن الله تعالى للمسلمين كمال العقيدة، والشريعة معا، اللذين يكونان معا جوهر الدين وهذا الكمال يعني كفاية الكتاب والسنة كمنهاج حياة للمسلم لذلك كان لابد من الحرص على معرفة النظرة الإسلامية في ميادين الحياة العملية لتأسيس اتجاه يتنامى بحيث تشكل النظرة والأصول الإسلامية زادا مستمرا وتطويرا دائما للمسلم في المجالين العلمي والعملي وإذا كان العديد من النظريات والمناهج الحديثة قد تطور في الغرب فإن المشاركة الجادة والحوار حول هذه النظريات من منظور خبرات حضارية مختلفة يثري هذه النظريات ويبتعد بها عن التمحور حول الذات والنظرة أوربية التمركز. ولا يمكن الاحتجاج بدعوى العصرية والحداثة لنبذ الأصول الشرعية الإسهامات والخبرات الحضارية التي قدمتها الحضارة العربية الإسلامية فالإسلام فتح باب الاجتهاد حيث قدم إلى جانب الأحكام التفصيلية التي جاءت لتبقى كما هي، المبادئ الكلية التي جاءت لتكون هي الإطار الذي تنمو في داخله الحياة البشرية إلى آخر الزمان، دون أن تخرج عليه، إلا أن تخرج من إطار الإيمان، والله الذي خلق لإنسان ويعلم من خلق، هو الذي رضي له هذا الدين، المحتوى على هذه الشريعة، فلا يقول إن شريعة الأمس ليست شريعة اليوم، إلا رجل يزعم لنفسه أنه أعلم من الله بحاجات الإنسان وبأطوار الإنسان". وفي دائرة العفو هذه اجتهد المسلمون ولا يزالون مطالبون بالاجتهاد في إطار المبادئ الكلية لتحقيق مقتضيات خلافة الإنسان لله تعالى في الأرض والعمل على تعميرها. وعلى الجانب الآخر فقد زاد التأكيد على الجودة منذ نهاية الحرب العالمية الثانية وشهد اهتمام بالجودة نقلات نوعية من رقابة الجودة إلى تأكيد الجودة إلى أن أصبحت الجودة مدخلا إداريا شاملا يوجه أهدافا وسياسات وإجراءات وعمليات المنظمة الإدارية بكاملها بما تتضمنه من موارد بشرية ومدخلات ومخرجات في شكل سلع أو خدمات فيما أصبح يعرف بإدارة الجودة والشاملة.

It is not possible to invoke the claim of modernity and modernity to reject the legal principles, the contributions and civilizational experiences made by the Arab Islamic civilization. Islam opened the door to ijtihad, as it presented alongside the detailed provisions that came to remain as it is, the total principles that came to be the framework within which human life grows to the end of time ،Without departing from it, unless you come out of the framework of faith, and God, who created man and knows who created, is the one to whom this religion was content, content with this law, so he does not say that the law of yesterday is not the law of today, except a man who claims to himself that he knows more than God needs Man and the phases of man".
