|a ترتكز الدراسة على تحديد العوامل المؤثرة في جودة مخرجات العملية التعليمية من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة كمتطلبات سوق العمل، حيث في وقت يتزايد فيه عدد الطلاب الملتحقين بمنظمات التعليم العالي كل سنة فان نسبة مهمة منهم مسجلون كطلبة ذوي إعاقة، لتحاول بذلك الجامعة من خلال بعض الممارسات أن تزيد من فرص دخولهم لسوق العمل سعيا منها لتحقيق تكافؤ الفرص، بعد توفيرها لبيئة أكاديمية مناسبة تكفلهم، وترى هذه الفئة أن التعليم يزيد من إمكانية حصولهم على وظيفة تناسب قدراتهم بالرغم من حاجتهم لبعض الأعمال التخصصية تضمن لهم الاندماج في المجتمع بشكل عام، وتحقيق الذات بشكل خاص. وعلى الرغم من المجهودات التي تبذلها الجامعة في تحسين وضعيهم، نجد بعض العقبات التي تحول دون دخولهم لسوق العمل بسبب متغيرات بيئة الأعمال التي ترتكز على المعرفة والأداء العالي، الأمر الذي يستدعي ضرورة تبني بعض الممارسات للاستجابة والتكيف مع هذه المتغيرات. وقد خلصت الدراسة الى أن جودة مخرجات التعليم العالي من متطلبات السوق الحديث.

|b The number of students who join higher education institutions increases every year, and some research indicates that an obvious percentage of these are registered as students with disabilities. Therefore, the higher education institution exerts efforts to increase the disabled student’s access to the labour market through some tasks in order to achieve equal opportunities for students with disabilities who are provided with an appropriate academic environment which promotes and protect them. Furthermore, students with disabilities believe that higher education increases their ability to get a job that suits them, despite their need for some specialized work in all fields, which lead to integration into society in general, and self fulfilment in particular. However, there are some obstacles that the university may face to increase the disabled student’s access to the labour market since the variables of the current jobs are based on knowledge and high performance. Thus, it is necessary to exert efforts to face these variables. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the quality of the learning outcomes of the students with disabilities as modern requirements for the labour market.
