المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن الفروق بين ذوى مؤهلات رياض الأطفال وذوى المؤهلات الأخرى من معلمات الروضة في كل من المرونة العقلية (المرونة التكيفية - المرونة التلقائية)، والسعادة النفسية (سعادة الحياة - السعادة الوظيفية)، وكذلك الفروق بينهما في اتخاذ القرار، كما تسعى الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن العلاقة الارتباطية بين تلك المتغيرات الثلاث لدى معلمات الروضة، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي وتكونت عينة الدراسة من مجتمع معلمات مرحلة رياض الأطفال بمحافظة الشرقية، وقد بلغ عدد أفراد عينة الدراسة الحالية (٢٢٠) معلمة من معلمات رياض الأطفال. ولقياس المتغيرات التي تتضمنها الدراسة الحالية، تم تصميم واستخدام الآتي: - مقياس السعادة النفسية (إعداد الباحثة) - مقياس اتخاذ القرار (إعداد الباحثة) - مقياس المرونة العقلية إعداد (أ.د صلاح شريف،٢٠١١) وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلي: - وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين متوسطات درجات معلمات الروضة (باختلاف مؤهل رياض أطفال -مؤهلات أخرى غير متخصصة) في مقياس المرونة العقلية وبعديه (المرونة التكيفية -المرونة التلقائية) حيث تتجه تلك الفروق لصالح المعلمات ذوات مؤهلات كليات رياض الأطفال. - وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين متوسطات درجات معلمات الروضة (باختلاف الخبرة أقل من خمس سنوات -خبرة أكثر من خمس سنوات) في مقياس المرونة العقلية وبعديه (المرونة التكيفية -المرونة التلقائية) حيث تتجه تلك الفروق لصالح المعلمات ذوات الخبرة الأكثر. - وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين متوسطات درجات معلمات الروضة في مقياس المرونة العقلية وكل من قياسي السعادة النفسية واتخاذ القرار. - كلما ارتفعت المرونة العقلية ارتفعت السعادة النفسية لدى معلمات الروضة. - كلما ارتفعت المرونة العقلية ارتفعت القدرة على اتخاذ القرار لدى معلمات الروضة. - وفي ضوء تلك النتائج اقترحت الباحثة مجموعة من التوصيات والبحوث المقترحة التي يمكن الاخذ بها في مجال رياض الأطفال.

The current study aimed to reveal the differences between those with kindergarten qualifications and those with other qualifications from kindergarten teachers in both mental flexibility (adaptive flexibility - automatic flexibility), and psychological happiness (happiness of life - job happiness), as well as the differences between them in decision making, as it seeks The current study reveals the correlation between these three variables among kindergarten teachers, and the current study was conducted on a sample from the kindergarten teachers community in Sharkia Governorate, and the number of individuals in the current study sample reached (220) kindergarten teachers. To measure the variables included in the current study, the following were designed and used: Psychometric Happiness Scale (prepared by the researcher) Decision-making scale (prepared by the researcher) Mental Flexibility Scale Prepared (Prof. Dr. Salah Sharif, 2011) The results of the study reached: - There are statistically significant differences between the averages of the grades of kindergarten teachers (kindergarten qualification - other qualifications) in the measure of mental flexibility and its dimensions (adaptive flexibility - automatic flexibility) where those differences are directed in favor of teachers with qualifications of kindergarten colleges. - There are statistically significant differences between the averages of the grades of kindergarten teachers (experience less than five years - experience more than five years) in the measure of mental flexibility and its dimensions (adaptive flexibility - automatic flexibility) where those differences are directed in favor of teachers with more experience. - There is a positive correlation between the averages of the grades of kindergarten teachers in the measure of mental flexibility and both measures of psychological happiness and decision-making. - The higher the mental flexibility, the higher the psychological happiness of the kindergarten teachers. - The higher the mental flexibility, the higher the ability to make decisions among kindergarten teachers. In light of these results, the researcher proposed a set of recommendations and proposed research that can be taken in the field of kindergarten.
