المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى ممارسة المشرفين التربويين للقيم المتضمنة في دليل المشرف التربوي، وقد تم تطبيق الدراسة على جميع مديري المدارس البالغ عددهم (٨٠) مديرا، وتم استعادة (60) استبانة مكتملة جاهزة للتحليل. وتم اختيار عينة عمدية من المعلمين بلغت (250) معلما، تمثل ما نسبته 13% من مجتمع الدراسة البالغ عددهم (١٩٢٩) معلما؛ ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي (التحليلي، المسحي). وبينت نتائج الدراسة: أن لدليل المشرف التربوي (أهداف، ومهام، وأساليب الإشراف التربوي) قد تضمن (9) قيم تربوية، بلغ عدد تكراراتها (١٠٤) تكرارا. وقد جاءت قيم "المسؤولية" في المرتبة الأولى بتكرر (٥٧) مرة، وجاءت بعدها في المرتبة الثانية قيم التعاون بتكرار (٤٧) مرة، وأن مدى ممارسة المشرفين التربويين لقيم (المسؤولية) جاءت بدرجة "متوسطة " وقيم (التعاون) جاءت بدرجة "متوسطة"، وأن درجة وجود المعوقات التي تحول دون ممارسة المشرفين التربويين للقيم المتضمنة في دليل المشرف التربوي جاءت بدرجة "متوسطة". وأن درجة الأساليب، والإجراءات التي تساعد في تحقيق ممارسة المشرفين التربويين للقيم المتضمنة في دليل المشرف التربوي جاءت بدرجة "عالية". إضافة إلى أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين آراء مديري، ومعلمي المرحلة الثانوية حول ممارسة المشرفين التربويين للقيم المتضمنة في دليل المشرف التربوي تعزى لمتغيرات (المؤهل العلمي، سنوت الخبرة، التخصص). ويوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين آراء مديري، ومعلمي المرحلة الثانوية حول ممارسة المشرفين التربويين تعزى لمتغير العمل الحالي.

The study aimed to identify the extent of practice by educational supervisors for the values contained in the guide of educational supervisor, and the study has been applied to all school principals totaling (80) principal, and about (60) completed a questionnaire has been restored ready for analysis. Intentional sample of teachers amounted to (250) teachers was selected, representing 13% of the study population totaling (1929) teacher. To achieve the objectives of the study the descriptive (analytical, surveying) approach was used. The results of the study showed that the educational supervisor guide (goals, tasks, and methods of educational supervision) may ensure (9) educational value, the number of its frequencies (104) frequency. The values of "responsibility" came first with frequencies (61) times, followed in second place by frequency of the values of cooperation (51) times, and at a rate (45.5%). The extent of the practice of supervisors of the values (responsibility) came much "medium" and the values of (cooperation) came much "medium", and that the degree of the existence of obstacles to the exercise of supervisors of the values contained in the educational supervisor guide came much "medium". Degree and methods, and procedures that will help to achieve the exercise supervisors values contained in the educational supervisor guide came largely "high." In addition to that there is no statistically significant differences between the views of managers of differences, and secondary school teachers about the practice of supervisors of the values contained in the educational supervisor guide due to the variables (qualification, years of experience, specialization), and no statistically significant differences between the views of managers of differences, and secondary school teachers about the practice of supervisors of the values contained in the educational supervisor guide due to the variable current work.
