|a هدف البحث الحالي إلي الكشف عن أثر بيئة التعلم الإلكتروني الشخصية (التشاركية - الفردية) في تنمية مهارات الاقتصاد المعرفي لدي طلاب الفرقة الرابعة حاسب بقسم تكنولوجيا التعليم بكلية التربية النوعية- جامعة المنيا. واستخدم المنهج الوصفي في إعداد الإطار النظري للبحث، وتصميم أدواته والتي تمثلت في (مقياس مهارات الاقتصاد المعرفي)، وكذلك في تحليل النتائج وتفسيرها، وتقديم التوصيات والمقترحات، كما تم استخدام المنهج شبه التجريبي للتحقق من فروض البحث، وتم تطبيق البحث على عينة قوامها (62) طالب وطالبة بالفرقة الرابعة حاسب بقسم تكنولوجيا التعليم بكلية التربية النوعية جامعة المنيا تم تقسيمهم عشوائيا بشكل منتظم إلى مجموعتين إحداهما استخدمت بيئة تعلم إلكترونية شخصية تشاركية والثانية استخدمت بيئة تعلم إلكترونية شخصية فردية. وأسفرت النتائج عن فاعلية بيئة التعلم الإلكترونية الشخصية التشاركية في تنمية مهارات الاقتصاد المعرفي والتي تمثلت في: (مهارة الإبداع والابتكار - مهارة التعامل بفاعلية مع التنوع المعرفي - مهارة التعاون والعمل الجماعي- مهارة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات - مهارة حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرار).

|b The aim of the current research is to reveal the effect of the personal e-learning environment (participatory - individual) on developing the knowledge economy skills of the fourth year students, a computer in the Education Technology Department of the Faculty of Specific Education - Minia University. The descriptive approach was used in preparing the theoretical framework for the research and designing its tools, which were represented in the (Knowledge Economy Skills Scale), as well as in analyzing and interpreting results, and providing recommendations and proposals. The quasi-experimental approach was also used to verify the research hypotheses, and the research was applied to a sample of (62) A male and female student in the fourth year, a computer at the Department of Educational Technology, Faculty of Specific Education, Minia University, were divided on a regular basis randomly into two groups, one of which used a personal participatory electronic learning environment and the second used an individual personal electronic learning environment. The results resulted in the effectiveness of the personal participatory electronic learning environment in developing the skills of the knowledge economy, which were represented in: (the skill of creativity and innovation - the skill of effectively dealing with cognitive diversity - the skill of cooperation and teamwork - the skill of information and communication technology - the skill of problem solving and decision-making).
