المستخلص: تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى بيان المراد بالتعليل البياني وآثاره عند الأصوليين، وذلك ببيان المعالم الأساسية للمباحث البيانية واختبار فكرة التعليل فيها. وتتخذ الدراسة منهجا وصفيا استنباطيا وتحليليا، محاولة أن تجيب عن إشكال الصلة بين البيان والتعليل، وعن تكييف الصلة بين المفهومين عند المدارس الأصولية المختلفة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المدرسة الظاهرية رفضت التعليل ولم تجعل له حظا في نظرية البيان؛ ولكن مدرسة الجمهور أخذت بالتعليل واتخذت منه وسيلة من وسائل البيان والتفسير؛ لكن لوحظت دائرتان، تتردد مساحات التوظيف للتعليل البياني فيهما ما بين المدرستين الأصوليتين الرئيستين، فبينما تتوسع المدرسة الكلامية في توظيف التعليل عند تعدد النصوص واختلافها، وتتقيد بالصيغة أكثر عند وحدة النص، فإن المدرسة الفقهية لاذت إلى التعليل أكثر عند اتحاد النص، بينما اقتصرت على قدر الضرورة ولم تتوسع في التعليل عند تعدد النصوص وتعارضها.

This study tries to clarify what is meant by reasoning explanation and its effects on the fundamentalists, by explaining the main features of the descriptive researches and testing the idea of reasoning in it. The study takes a descriptive, deductive and analytical approach, attempting to answer the problematic connection between the statement and the explanation, and the adaptation of the link between the two concepts in the different fundamentalist schools. The study concluded that the Zahiriya school of thought rejected the reasoning and did not make it a part in theory explanation. But, the Jamhour school of thought adopted the reasoning and make it a source of explanation and clarification. However, two circles were noticed, in which the areas to adopt the reasoning were reluctant between the two main fundamentalist schools. Whereas, the theological school of thought expands on adopting the reasoning at the multiplicity of texts and their differences, and adheres to the formulation more when the text is united. The school of jurisprudence resorted to reasoning more when the text was united, while it was limited to the necessity and did not adopt the reasoning if there are multiple texts or contradiction.
