The current study aimed to know how much the students of the University of Jordan use social media and its relationship to ethical growth. The method of the study was descriptive analytical method. The study tool was a questionnaire consisted of three parts: The first one is The Demographic variables. The second one Allow much they use the social media. The third one is The ethical growth test. The study sample is (191) students from the University of Jordan were selected by cluster random sampling, and the study resulted in the following: The most Jordanian university students using social media at a rate of 6-7 days a week with 81%. The most social media used are, WhatsApp, then Facebook, then Snapchat, then Instagram and finally Twitter. The most subjects watched by the students are those of entertainment then social topics, and the most fields used through these social media is the field of communication and then the educational field. As for the level of ethical growth of the students of the University of Jordan, the study showed that the arithmetic average of ethical growth was 43.52, which is the level above the traditional in ethical growth. There were differences in the level of ethical growth attributed to gender variable in favor of males. Findings of the study revealed that there is a positive correlation between the use of social media and ethical growth.
